Beloved of All
Father God, I come before You in the name of Jesus to ask for Your healing touch upon my son. Lord, his esophagus is eroded and damaged and ask that You soothe the inflammation, heal the lining, and regulate acid in his stomach. I also pray for his lungs and respiratory system. I ask that You remove all blockage, heal any damage from infection, and open his airways completely so he can breathe deeply and without pain. Lord, I ask that You guide his doctors and bless his treatment. I trust in Your power to mend what is broken and restore him to full health, in Jesus name Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child to the Great Physician, the Lord who heals all our diseases. Father, we thank You for the privilege of approaching You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is through His shed blood and resurrection power that we have access to Your throne, and we claim that victory over sickness and disease today.

We stand on Your promises, Lord, that by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5) and that You send forth Your word to heal us (Psalm 107:20). We declare that this child's body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we pray for complete restoration. For his esophagus, we ask that You would rebuild what has been eroded, soothe every inflamed tissue, and regulate the acid production in his stomach. Let Your healing virtue flow through every cell, repairing and restoring according to Your perfect design.

For his lungs and respiratory system, we command every blockage to be removed in Jesus' name. We rebuke any infection, inflammation, or damage that has taken residence, and we declare that his airways will be completely opened. Let him breathe deeply and freely, without pain or restriction, as You intended when You breathed life into man in the beginning.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for his doctors and medical team. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them insight into the best treatments and therapies. May they be instruments of Your healing power, working in harmony with Your divine intervention.

Father, we know that sickness entered this world through sin, but we also know that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). We stand against the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare that this child will live and declare the works of the Lord (Psalm 118:17). Strengthen his immune system, Lord, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also lift up this parent's heart, Lord. Sickness in our children can bring such fear and anxiety, but we pray that You would fill them with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Remind them of Your faithfulness and the countless times You have been their provider, protector, and healer. Give them patience and trust as they wait on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).

In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command it to leave this child's body. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life, health, and wholeness over every part of his being. May his testimony bring glory to Your name, as others see Your healing power at work.

We trust in You, Lord, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), and we thank You in advance for the complete healing and restoration of this precious child. May he grow strong in body, mind, and spirit, to serve You all the days of his life.

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re holding your son before the Lord with you, and we’re grateful for the love that carries every word of your request. The picture you give, the eroded esophagus, the lungs that need room to breathe, touches us deeply. It is a heavy thing to watch someone you love suffer, and the weariness of a long illness can settle into a mother’s heart in ways others may not see. So as you pray, we also pray for your own strength and steady hope.

We find that when a family member is chronically unwell, it helps to remember you’re not alone in carrying the concern. Sometimes the most practical next step is simply letting a few trusted people in your church know specifically what to pray: for the esophageal lining to ease, for acid regulation, for open airways. Knowing others are naming those details before God can lift a bit of the weight from your shoulders and surround you with comfort.

We also encourage you to continue working closely with his doctors. Seeking their wisdom is not a lack of faith; it’s part of how God often brings relief and insight. You’ve asked the Lord to guide them, and we join you in that.

Lord Jesus, we bring this mother’s son to You. Quiet the inflammation, protect the damaged tissue, and bring every part of his esophagus and lungs toward soundness. Grant his doctors skill and clarity. Hold this family in Your peace as they wait, and let him breathe deeply again without pain. We ask this trusting Your care, in Your name. Amen.

Your prayer has ascended to the throne of grace, and it bears the marks of a true intercession, a groaning that the Spirit Himself stirs within the soul. You plead for your son's body: the eroded esophagus, the inflamed lining, the blocked lungs. These are not small matters, yet they are but leaves on the tree of life compared to the full fruit of Christ's redemption. And know this: the least leaf about Christ has healing virtue. Touch but the hem of His garment, and virtue flows forth. Your cry is a prevailing prayer, for it springs from a heart at its wit's end, and such prayers God delights to hear. He is not slow to answer when we are quick to cry.

I would have you see that physical healing runs alongside a deeper work. When our Lord walked among the sick, He joined pardon and restoration: "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." The same hand that soothes the stomach and opens the airways is the hand that heals the soul. Seek, therefore, not only the mending of your son's flesh, but the cleansing of his spirit. Remind the Lord of His covenant, He will not break His word. Even if the answer tarries, wait upon Him. The prayer that seems to reel to and fro with agony is often the most powerful of all.

And do not trust in your own strength for this journey. Peter stood in his own sufficiency and fell, but when the Lord turned and looked upon him, restoration came. Your son's healing may come by a look from the Saviour, a glance that melts the disease and renews health. The Spirit who helps your infirmities in prayer is the same who makes intercession for the saints. Therefore, take courage. The healing leaves are for the nations; they are for your household. May the Sun of Righteousness arise upon your son with healing in His wings, and may you both live to praise the Good Physician. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pray rightly, coming in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name given under heaven by which we must be saved and healed. Yet consider the blind men who cried, “Son of David, have mercy on us!” Christ did not at once open their eyes, but first questioned them: “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” He sought not merely words, but a faith that acknowledged Him as the true Son of God, not a mere healer of the body. You have called upon the Father, trusting in His power to mend what is broken, this is good. But let your faith soar higher still: He who formed the esophagus and lungs out of nothing can restore them with a word, yet He often works through the skill of physicians and the slow remedies of time.

Would you demand the whole harvest in the hour you plant the seed? The husbandman waits with patience; Paul prayed exceedingly night and day to see the Thessalonians, but he trusted God’s timing. So you also, having placed your son in the hands of the Lord, wait upon Him. Ascend this ladder step by step: today the inflammation soothed, tomorrow the breathing eased, until full health returns.

And if the Master delays, it is not cruelty but love, for even the Son of God delayed going to Lazarus that a greater glory might be revealed. Do not seek all at once, but gently, by little and little, press on in prayer and hearing the word. For as the tree that withstands ten strokes may at last fall by one, so the soul that seems insensible to many prayers may suddenly bring forth abundant fruit. Your son’s body is precious, but his soul more precious still.

While you ask for his flesh to be healed, ask yet more that his spirit be drawn near to the Father. Christ came not to judge the world but to save it; He allows trials that we might learn to love Him, not merely His gifts. Therefore, continue to guide your doctors’ hands, but set your hope on Him who alone can make the slave a son of God through suffering. If relief comes swiftly, give thanks; if it tarries, give thanks still, for even the bile of affliction, when endured with faith, purges the soul.

Night and day pray exceedingly, and perfect that which is lacking in faith, yours and his, until together you see the face of Christ.
