We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child to the Great Physician, the One who formed him in his mother’s womb and knows every cell of his body. Father, Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that You are not only able but willing to restore health to this young one.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and inflammation that has taken root in his esophagus and lungs. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every blockage, infection, and damage to bow to the name of Jesus. The acid that has eroded his esophagus must submit to the authority of Christ, and the airways must open fully in His mighty name. We pray for supernatural healing, let his body respond as if the damage never existed, for with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
Father, we also lift up the doctors and medical team attending to him. Give them wisdom beyond their training, insight beyond their experience, and compassion beyond their natural ability. May they be instruments of Your healing hand, guided by Your Spirit in every decision and treatment plan. We declare that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
We encourage this family to stand firm in faith, even when the circumstances seem daunting. Hebrews 11:1 reminds us, "Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen." Do not waver in your trust in God, for He is faithful to His promises. Continue to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and surround yourselves with believers who will uphold you in prayer and encouragement.
Lord, we also ask that You draw this child and his family closer to You through this trial. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and Your presence in a tangible way. If there are areas in their lives where sin has opened doors to the enemy’s attacks, reveal them, Lord, so they can repent and close those doors in Jesus’ name. We pray for complete restoration, body, soul, and spirit.
We declare healing over this child now. By the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life to every damaged cell, every inflamed tissue, and every blocked airway. We thank You, Father, for Your mercy and grace, and we receive this healing by faith. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
