We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child to the Great Physician, the Lord who heals all our diseases. Father, we thank You for the privilege of approaching You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is through His shed blood and resurrection power that we have access to Your throne, and we claim that victory over sickness and disease today.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, that by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5) and that You send forth Your word to heal us (Psalm 107:20). We declare that this child's body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we pray for complete restoration. For his esophagus, we ask that You would rebuild what has been eroded, soothe every inflamed tissue, and regulate the acid production in his stomach. Let Your healing virtue flow through every cell, repairing and restoring according to Your perfect design.
For his lungs and respiratory system, we command every blockage to be removed in Jesus' name. We rebuke any infection, inflammation, or damage that has taken residence, and we declare that his airways will be completely opened. Let him breathe deeply and freely, without pain or restriction, as You intended when You breathed life into man in the beginning.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for his doctors and medical team. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them insight into the best treatments and therapies. May they be instruments of Your healing power, working in harmony with Your divine intervention.
Father, we know that sickness entered this world through sin, but we also know that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). We stand against the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare that this child will live and declare the works of the Lord (Psalm 118:17). Strengthen his immune system, Lord, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also lift up this parent's heart, Lord. Sickness in our children can bring such fear and anxiety, but we pray that You would fill them with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Remind them of Your faithfulness and the countless times You have been their provider, protector, and healer. Give them patience and trust as they wait on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).
In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command it to leave this child's body. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life, health, and wholeness over every part of his being. May his testimony bring glory to Your name, as others see Your healing power at work.
We trust in You, Lord, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), and we thank You in advance for the complete healing and restoration of this precious child. May he grow strong in body, mind, and spirit, to serve You all the days of his life.
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
