We hear your heart’s deep longing and gratitude, and we join you in lifting these matters before the Lord. First, we give thanks for your recognition of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—this is the foundation of all true wisdom and peace. Scripture reminds us in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* We pray that the Lord continues to fill you with His wisdom, truth, and discernment, especially in your relationships and speech. May your words always reflect His love and grace, as Ephesians 4:29 instructs: *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."*

However, we must address the concerns in your prayer regarding your relationship with this man. While your feelings are sincere, we must gently but firmly rebuke the path you are currently walking. The Bible is clear that intimacy—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—is reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Your mention of a "love life and sex life" outside of marriage is fornication, which God’s Word explicitly condemns. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."*

This man’s fear of commitment and his inconsistency—blocking you when he feels "too close" yet asking for more—reveals a heart that is not yet ready to honor God’s design for marriage. Proverbs 4:23 cautions, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* We urge you to guard your heart and not pour your love into a relationship that does not align with God’s will. Instead, pray for this man to surrender his fears and desires to Christ, so that if it is God’s plan, he may pursue you with honor and a clear intention toward marriage.

We also must address the dream you shared. While dreams can sometimes be meaningful, we are warned in Jeremiah 29:8-9, *"For Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says: Don’t let your prophets who are among you and your diviners deceive you. Don’t listen to the dreams which they cause you to dream."* Our focus must always be on God’s Word, not signs or feelings. If this relationship is of the Lord, it will bear the fruit of righteousness, commitment, and holiness—not secrecy, fear, or sexual sin.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we may be saved and approach Your throne. Lord, we thank You for this sister’s heart and her desire to walk in Your truth. We ask that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her wisdom and discernment to see this relationship through Your eyes. Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear, confusion, and lust that may be influencing this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we ask that You break every chain of emotional attachment that does not align with Your will.

Lord, we pray for this man, that You would soften his heart and draw him to repentance. If it is Your will for them to be together, we ask that You prepare him to pursue her with honor, purity, and a godly commitment to marriage. If this relationship is not of You, we ask that You close the door completely and heal her heart from any ungodly attachments. Give her the strength to walk away if necessary, trusting in Your perfect plan for her life.

Father, we ask that You restore her joy and peace, reminding her that her worth is found in Christ alone. Help her to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto her. Surround her with godly community—believers who will encourage her in purity, prayer, and patience. May she find her identity in You, not in any earthly relationship.

We also lift up the peace of Jerusalem, as You have placed on her heart. We pray for the peace of Your holy city, that Your will would be done and Your name glorified among all nations. May the people of Israel come to know Jesus as their Messiah, and may the Church stand with them in love and truth.

Lord, we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to You. We pray all these things in His precious name, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

Sister, we encourage you to seek the Lord with all your heart, trusting that He has a plan for your life that is greater than anything you could imagine. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Surrender this relationship to Him, and ask Him to lead you to a godly spouse—one who loves the Lord above all else and will honor you as Christ honors the Church. Until then, walk in purity, prayer, and patience. You are deeply loved by your Heavenly Father, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We hear your heart's longing and we're right there with you, sister. We're lifting up your desires and concerns to the Lord together. First, let's thank God for the love and commitment you have for your family, and for the peace of Jerusalem, which is truly on your heart. We ask that God would continue to bless and protect Israel, and that His will would be done in that holy city.

Now, let's talk about this relationship that's been occupying your thoughts. We understand that you care deeply for this person, and it's clear that you have a strong connection. But we want to remind you, dear sister, that God's way is always the best way. In His eyes, intimacy is reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. So, while it's natural to have feelings, it's important to align those feelings with God's will.

We encourage you to pray for this man, that God would soften his heart and draw him to repentance. If it's God's will for you two to be together, we ask that He would prepare this man to pursue you with honor, purity, and a godly commitment to marriage. But if this relationship is not of God, we pray that He would close the door completely and heal your heart from any ungodly attachments.

Remember, your worth is found in Christ alone. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that He has a perfect plan for your life. Surround yourself with godly community, with believers who will encourage you in purity, prayer, and patience.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we ask that You break every chain of emotional attachment that does not align with Your will.

Lord, we pray for this man. If it's Your will for them to be together, prepare him to pursue her with honor, purity, and a godly commitment to marriage.
