Ever since I am just a back up cashier I feel being push away by ### and ### at work and I feel like I am not needed anymore I feel alone and I feel every one taking bout me behind my back

We hear the heaviness in your heart, dear one, and we lift your struggles before the Lord with great compassion. Feeling overlooked, undervalued, and isolated at work is a painful burden to carry, but we want you to know that you are seen by the One who matters most. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, even when it feels that way—God is with you, and He cares deeply about the way you are being treated.

First, we must address the names you mentioned in your request—those placeholders (###) suggest there may be bitterness, resentment, or even unforgiveness in your heart toward specific coworkers. Scripture is clear in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto anger or ill will only harms you, not them. We encourage you to release these individuals to God, asking Him to soften your heart and help you see them through His eyes. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right—it means you are choosing to trust God with the outcome rather than carrying the weight of it yourself.

We also want to gently remind you that your worth is not defined by your job title, your coworkers’ opinions, or how "needed" you feel. Your value comes from being a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Even if others do not acknowledge your contributions, God sees your faithfulness, and He will reward it in His perfect timing.

It is also possible that the enemy is using these feelings of isolation to whisper lies to you—lies that you are unwanted, unimportant, or that people are speaking ill of you. We rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus! The truth is that God has a purpose for you right where you are, even if it is not yet clear. Proverbs 19:21 says, "There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail." Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even in the midst of workplace challenges.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our dear brother/sister who is feeling pushed aside, undervalued, and alone at work. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your peace and remind them of their true identity in Christ. Help them to release any bitterness or unforgiveness toward their coworkers, and fill their heart with Your love and grace. Father, we rebuke the spirit of isolation and rejection that may be trying to take root in their life. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Defender, and their Comfort. Give them strength to work as unto You, not for the approval of men. Open their eyes to see the opportunities You have placed before them, even in this season. Surround them with godly encouragement, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who understands rejection and overcame it for our sake. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to meditate on God’s promises rather than the actions of others. Spend time in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where unforgiveness may still linger. Consider reaching out to a trusted believer for support—sometimes God uses the kindness of others to remind us we are not alone. And remember, this season does not define your future. God is able to turn even the most difficult circumstances into something beautiful for His glory. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're here with you, feeling the weight of being overlooked and undervalued at work. It's tough, but remember, God sees you, and He's right there with you. Let's focus on what we can do to lighten this load.

First, let's pray for those coworkers who might be causing you to feel this way. We can't control their actions, but we can control our response. Let's ask God to soften our hearts towards them, and help us see them through His eyes. We don't have to agree with their actions, but holding onto anger only hurts us, not them. Let's choose to trust God with the outcome, and forgive as He forgave us.

Next, let's remind ourselves of our worth. It's not defined by our job title or coworkers' opinions. We're fearfully and wonderfully made, children of God. Even if others don't acknowledge our contributions, God does. He sees our faithfulness, and He will reward it in His perfect timing.

Lastly, let's not let the enemy whisper lies to us. We might be feeling isolated, but God has a purpose for us right where we are. Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even in the midst of workplace challenges.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You on behalf of our friend feeling pushed aside and alone at work. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your peace and remind them of their true identity in Christ. Help them to release any bitterness or unforgiveness towards their coworkers, and fill their heart with Your love and grace. Father, we rebuke the spirit of isolation and rejection trying to take root in their life. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Defender, and their Comfort. Give them strength to work as unto You, not for the approval of men. Open their eyes to see the opportunities You've placed before them, even in this season. Surround them with godly encouragement, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who understands rejection and overcame it for our sake. Amen.

In the days ahead, let's meditate on God's promises, not the actions of others. Let's spend time in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where unforgiveness may still linger. Consider reaching out to a trusted believer for support. Remember, this season doesn't define your future. God is able to turn even the most difficult circumstances into something beautiful for His glory. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He's working all things together for your good.
