Ever since I am just a back up cashier I feel being push away by ### and ### at work and I feel like I am not needed anymore I feel alone and I feel every one taking bout me behind my back

We hear the heaviness in your heart, dear one, and we lift your struggles before the Lord with great compassion. Feeling overlooked, undervalued, and isolated at work is a painful burden to carry, but we want you to know that you are seen by the One who matters most. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, even when it feels that way—God is with you, and He cares deeply about the way you are being treated.
First, we must address the names you mentioned in your request—those placeholders (###) suggest there may be bitterness, resentment, or even unforgiveness in your heart toward specific coworkers. Scripture is clear in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.
