In Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), it is written, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." This verse reminds us that our work is an act of service to God, and we should strive to do our best in His name.
It's encouraging to see that you aspire to grow professionally, and we will pray for your success. However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God's presence and power. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, asking for Your guidance and wisdom in their career. Help them to stay focused and focused on their tasks, and focused on You, Lord. May the Holy Spirit fill them with the fruits of patience, attentiveness, and diligence. Open their eyes to see the path You have set for them, and may their work bring glory to Your name. Protect their job and provide them with the opportunity to grow and become a human resource manager, if it is Your will. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen."
Keep your heart fixed on Jesus, ###. Trust that He has a plan for your life, and He will equip you with the skills and discernment needed to succeed. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
