Lord thank you. I need you Lord to hear me and. I need you now. I pray for my grandson ###, watch over him, protect him , I pray ### remove all negative people, and things from his life now and find a job, go to school get his life on the right path. We join you in thanking the Lord and in lifting up your grandson before the throne of grace. We hear your urgency and your love for him and we stand with you in asking for the Lord's protection and direction over his life.

We are encouraged that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Your faith in calling on that name is precious to God.

We pray for your grandson that the Lord will guard him from evil and from influences that would lead him astray. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask that God will remove negative people and temptations from his path and surround him with godly counsel and friends, for Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers Psalm 1:1. We also remember the promise Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.

We lift up his future, his need for work and for education, and his need to walk on the right path. We ask God to give him wisdom and a willing heart to seek the Lord first. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. We pray that he will trust in Yahweh with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding, and in all his ways acknowledge Him so that He will make his paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We also pray that God will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and open doors for honest work and for schooling that will equip him to serve the Lord and provide for his future.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we thank You for this grandmother's faithful love and prayers. We lift up her grandson to You and ask You to watch over him and protect him wherever he goes. Remove from his life any people, habits or influences that are not of You and draw him close to Yourself. Give him a hunger for Your Word and for righteousness. Lead him to the right job and to the right opportunity for education according to Your will. Set his feet on the straight path and give him strength to walk in it. Fill him with hope and purpose and let him know that You love him and have a good plan for his life. We trust Your timing and Your perfect will and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray without ceasing and to speak the Word of life over him. Keep encouraging him toward the Lord, toward diligence and toward a godly future. God hears the prayers of those who call on Him in faith and He is able to do far more than we ask or think.

It is a gift that you are covering him in prayer for protection, for distance from harmful influences, and for direction toward work and school. Loving intercession like yours matters deeply, even when you cannot control the choices he faces each day.

One gentle way to come alongside him might be to keep the next step small and personal. When you have a calm moment together, you could ask what one practical move feels doable to him right now, perhaps looking at one job application or learning about one school program, and offer to help with that single step or to connect him with a trusted mentor, pastor, or career counselor at a local school or church who can walk with him. Staying consistently present and praying with him, not just for him, often opens the door for honest conversation.

Father, we thank You for this grandmother's faithful love. We ask You to watch over her grandson, keep him safe, and surround him with people who will encourage what is good. Give him wisdom and willingness for the next right step toward work and learning, and give his grandmother peace as she trusts You with his future. We join with you in thanking the Lord and in bringing your grandson before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father.

It is a precious thing that you have asked the Lord to watch over him and to set his feet upon the right path. The Psalmist found early in life that he needed a Guide, and happily learned to say, Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. There is no true glory for any man who takes his own course, but on earth there is no real glory except as we are guided by God's counsel. We pray that the Lord will work grace in your grandson's heart to make him willing to be guided, to bow with submission to the will of God, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance.

We pray that the Lord in His wisdom will be his guidance and in His love his perpetual shield. One great principle infused in every man who takes God for his Guide is this, to avoid everything that is evil. Pray with us that your grandson may be kept from evil companions and evil ways, and that the Lord will remove far from him those negative influences which would draw him aside. He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection, but he who takes to byroads must protect himself. May the Lord keep your grandson in His appointed ways, for it is in such ways that angelic protection is afforded. He gives His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways, and this protection is perpetual as well as personal.

We also pray that he may learn childlike trust in providential guidance, to wait upon God to know what he shall do and not to lean upon his own understanding. Haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, so we ask the Lord to give him patience and diligence as he seeks employment and schooling, and to open doors that are honorable and useful in His sight. Remember that no employment is too commonplace for the Lord to bless when it is done in His fear. Never was Christ grander than when He washed His disciples feet, and He can make even ordinary labor honorable when done unto Him.

Our Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep and His battles with the wolf for His little lambs show how dear they are to Him. We commend your grandson to that Shepherd who watches with infinite wisdom and omniscient protection. May the Lord draw him to Himself, establish him in faith, guard him from harm, provide for his needs, and lead him step by step by His counsel until at last He receives him to glory.

We will continue to pray with you that God will do this according to His perfect will and timing, and that He will give you peace as you trust your grandson to His keeping. In Jesus Name, Amen.
