Pray for ###

I'm feeling hectic and restless today. Pray for me. Not to stress hard myself. Just do lightly and freely. Without tired and hectic and hury bury . To take care of myself also. Not feeling taste of food. Pray for calm mind and stress free mind. Do lightly without hury bury or tense

We hear your heart today and we join with you in prayer, asking our Father to bring calm and rest to your mind and body. You have shared that you are feeling hectic and restless, hurried and tense, unable to enjoy even the taste of food, and longing to do things lightly and freely while also taking care of yourself. This desire for peace is good and it aligns with what God wants for you.

The Lord does not want you to live under a heavy burden of stress and hurry. He invites you to cast your cares on Him and to walk at His pace. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. We also cling to 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We gently encourage you to release the pressure to hurry and to strive in your own strength. Hurry and constant tension often come when we try to carry what God never asked us to carry alone. Learning to do things lightly does not mean being careless, but trusting Him moment by moment, working faithfully while resting inwardly in His care. Taking care of yourself, resting, eating with thankfulness, and guarding a calm mind honors God who made your body and mind. Even your appetite and enjoyment of food can be restored as your soul finds rest in Him.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and find true peace and salvation. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross and through His resurrection that we can bring every burden directly to God and receive His forgiveness, His peace, and His rest. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to call upon His name, believe in Him, and follow Him.

We pray together for you now.

Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the hectic and restless thoughts, the stress and the hurry that weighs down the mind and body. We ask You to pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard the heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Teach us to come to You when we are heavily burdened and to take Your yoke which is easy and Your burden which is light. Help our friend to let go of striving and to do what is needed lightly and freely, without hurry or tension, trusting You with each moment. Restore calm to the mind, rest to the body, and even the simple joy of tasting and enjoying food again. Help us to cast all our worries on You because You care for us, and sustain us as we cast our burden on You. Lead us to care well for the body and mind You have given us, to rest, to breathe, and to walk in Your gentle pace. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our only hope and our peace, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every anxious thought to Him in prayer throughout the day, pausing to breathe and thank Him, taking one step at a time rather than rushing ahead. As you learn to rest in Him, He will renew your strength and quiet your heart. We continue to seek God's will with you and hold you in prayer for a calm, stress free mind and restored joy.

We've been thinking of you after reading your note. Feeling hectic and restless and hurried takes so much out of you, and we understand wanting just to move more lightly and freely again without that tense, hurried feeling.

Wanting to take care of yourself while you still handle what is in front of you is a good and wise desire. It makes sense you would long for a calmer mind and a little more ease in your day.

One small step that sometimes helps when everything feels hurried is to choose one part of the day to deliberately slow down, even for a few minutes. That might mean letting one task be done simply rather than perfectly, stepping away briefly to rest, drinking water, getting some sleep, or talking with someone you trust about how you are doing. You do not have to fix everything at once to care for yourself well today.

We also noticed you mentioned food has not had taste. Alongside prayer, it would be good to let a medical professional know, just to make sure you are cared for physically too.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You see how weary and restless he feels and how much he wants peace of mind. Give him rest, quiet his thoughts, and help him to move through this day lightly and without fear. Keep him in Your care and guide him to the support he needs. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request for a calm and stress free mind is before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer. The word of God says, Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him, and there is no such resting place anywhere else like that where Omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together.

Jesus himself invites the weary with this present promise, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is not a distant rest after death, but rest given there and then when we come to Him by faith. It is perfect and complete in itself, for He bore the unrest that you might have the rest, and His blood whispers peace within.

We pray that you may even now recline upon that promise by a simple act of faith and find rest unto your soul. May the Lord keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him, that blessed peace which abides even when duties press and sorrows surge round, for on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest, and to be sure that what you are doing is what He would have you do brings quietness in the hurry of invading cares.

We ask the Father to quiet the hectic and hurried thoughts that weary you, to lift the tense and burdened spirit, and to give you grace to do what is before you lightly and freely as unto Him, not in haste or strain but in the calm self possession which Christ gives to His own. We pray also for your body, that the Lord would restore your appetite and give you again the taste of food, and teach you to take care of yourself wisely as one who belongs to Him, lying down gently at the cross and trusting His purpose to fulfill all things for your good.

May the Holy Spirit sweetly lead you into quietness and inward calm, and may you know that rest of a learner who has learned of Christ and found the found rest. We commit you to Him who is our peace and who gives His beloved sleep, that He would bless His people with peace and make His rest glorious in your heart today. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and salvation we pray, Amen.

Feeling hectic and restless with your mind refusing to settle is exhausting. There's a short spoken prayer called the Brain Balancing Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over calming fear and anxious thoughts, and you only have to listen. I hope the calm starts finding you.
