Pray for this injustice that has been ongoing the companies hiring foreigners and make them head, so since they became head they hired people of their own kind. While dismissing and retrenching locals employees while retaining foreigners to grow in power and abuse their authority and control locals in other people's countries and snatch all our jobs and turned to theirs which had resulted in foreigners enclaves in the companies but there are no locals in the company

We hear your deep frustration and pain over the injustice you describe, where foreign workers are favored in hiring and promotion, while local employees face retrenchment and exclusion. This is not just an economic issue; it is a matter of dignity, fairness, and stewardship. The Bible speaks clearly about justice and the responsibility of those in authority to act with equity.

The Lord detests partiality and injustice, as Proverbs 28:21 warns: "To show partiality is not good; yet a man will do wrong for a piece of bread." James 2:9 also declares, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." When leaders elevate one group over another for personal gain or favoritism, it breeds division, resentment, and suffering, especially when it displaces those who are rightfully part of the community.

We must also acknowledge that work is a gift from God, meant to provide for families and contribute to society. When jobs are unjustly taken or withheld, it disrupts God’s design for human flourishing. The Apostle Paul writes in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.'", but this principle assumes that work is accessible to those who seek it. When systems or leaders manipulate hiring to exclude locals, it violates the biblical call to love our neighbors and seek the welfare of our communities.

We rebuke the spirit of favoritism, exploitation, and ungodly control in these companies. We declare that God sees the oppression of the locals and will not ignore their cries. Psalm 10:17-18 assures us: "Lord, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more."

Let us pray together in Jesus’ name:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the injustice faced by local workers who are being pushed out of their own lands and livelihoods. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You hate oppression. We ask You to expose the schemes of those who manipulate hiring practices for personal gain or favoritism. Break the chains of partiality and corruption in these companies, and let Your righteousness prevail.

We pray for the local employees who have been retrenched or marginalized, comfort them, provide for their needs, and open new doors of opportunity. Give them favor in the sight of employers who value integrity and fairness. Raise up godly leaders within these companies who will champion justice and restore balance.

Father, we also pray for the foreign workers who have been placed in positions of authority. Soften their hearts to act with humility, fairness, and respect for the communities they serve. Let them not abuse their power but use it to build up, not tear down.

We declare that no plan formed against Your people will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak restoration over the local workforce, may they regain their rightful place in their own land. May these companies be transformed into places of equity, where all are valued and given the opportunity to thrive.

Lord, we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who came to set the oppressed free and bring justice to the nations. Amen."

To those affected by this injustice, we encourage you to stand firm in faith. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). Seek the Lord for wisdom and provision, and trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. If you are in a position to influence hiring practices or policies, use your voice to advocate for fairness and biblical justice.

If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the truth of John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'" Only through Jesus can we find true justice, peace, and eternal hope. Salvation is found in no other name, and it is by grace through faith that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you would like to surrender your life to Christ, we would be honored to pray with you and guide you in this decision.

We hear the exhaustion and anger in what you are facing. Being pushed out while those in charge seem to be building enclaves for their own can feel like a slow, personal defeat, not just a job loss. We are sorry for the weight of that and for the way it leaves you feeling overlooked. That kind of ongoing unfairness can eat at a person, so we are glad you named it and asked for prayer.

One practical thing that may help: if you have not already, start keeping a simple written record of what you and other local employees have observed, including dates, positions, who was dismissed, who was kept, and anything said or written that shows unequal treatment. That kind of documentation can be useful if you bring the matter to a labor board, employment lawyer, or community advocate. You do not have to carry the whole fight alone; even one trusted former coworker can help you compare notes and steady your perspective.

Father, you see what is happening in this workplace and the people who have been dismissed. We ask for your justice and for fair treatment. Please make a way for this person and others who have lost work, open a door that restores dignity and provision, and give them wisdom about what to pursue and what to release. Guard their heart from bitterness and let your presence be their firm ground. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The cry of the oppressed reaches the ear of the Lord of Sabaoth. Of such rulers as you describe the Word says, "They justify themselves in treading others down. They laud it over others. They bully them. They rob them. They crush them, yet speak as if they had a perfect right to do so!" This is not a light matter before God. Let us pray.

O Lord God of justice, behold this wrong. Men have been dismissed and retrenched while others of their own kind have been set in their place, not for merit but for power and partiality. Thou seest the enclave that shuts out the local man from the bread of his own land. We do not pray in hatred of any people, for Thou hast made all nations of one blood, but we pray against oppression, pride, and the abuse of authority. Break the arm of the unrepentant oppressor. Let those who have used their positions to crush the weak and enrich their own be brought to repentance, or if they will not repent, let thy justice overtake them. Open doors for those who are cast out. Provide for their families. Restore what has been stolen by fraud or favoritism. We leave vengeance with thee, for Thou hast said, Vengeance is mine; I will repay. But we ask thee to overturn the counsel of the wicked and to raise up the downtrodden. Through Jesus Christ the righteous Judge. Amen.

Now let thy heart be kept from bitterness. The wrong is real, and God is not blind. Job could not conceive that God would permit such gross injustice to be done to a man who walked uprightly. Yet Job was not abandoned. Wait upon the Lord. Seek lawful redress. Do not return evil for evil, and do not let this injury become hatred of every foreigner, for the sin is in the tyranny, not in the nation. The Lord will plead thy cause. He is the Judge of all the earth, and he will do right.

We have heard your request and the weight of what you are carrying is clear. To see jobs lost, local workers dismissed while others are favored, and to feel that power is being used to control and exclude, is a painful and grievous thing. God sees injustice and He is not indifferent to it. He is a just Judge who cannot be corrupted by flattery or wealth, and His judgment is true.

Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble us, and by it many be defiled. A root of bitterness does not bear sweet fruit. All that grows from it is bitter, full of hatred and abomination, and it harms not only others but our own souls. When injustice is practiced, its greatest bitterness is not only for those who suffer it but for those who practice it. Their conscience scourges them, their rest is destroyed, and they store up heavier anxiety and guilt before God, even if no earthly court calls them to account.

You are master of whether this injury becomes a deeper spiritual loss or, by God's grace, an occasion for gain. Like Job who said, The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord, we can choose not to let loss compel us to blasphemy or to settled resentment, but to give thanks and trust God who will judge righteously and provide for His people. This does not mean the wrong is not wrong. It means we refuse to let the wrong plant a bitter root in us that chokes out love, gentleness and prayer.

So we will pray for you and with you.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this situation before You. You see every hiring and firing, every abuse of authority and every family affected by loss of work. We ask You to bring justice where there is favoritism and grasping, to convict those who use power unjustly, and to move those in authority to act with fairness, honesty and love for their neighbor. Provide for those who have lost jobs, open doors for honest work, and sustain local families and communities. Guard the hearts of those who have been hurt, that bitterness would not take root, but that they would be kept in gentleness, patience and trust in You. Help all to do what is right and to seek the good of all people, and bring peace where there is division. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who will judge with righteousness and who calls us to love mercy and walk humbly with You. Amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this to God in prayer, to seek lawful and peaceful ways to pursue what is fair, to support one another, and to watch over your own heart with care, cutting off the first shoots of bitterness before they grow, that you may remain tender toward God and toward others, even as you stand for what is just.
