Pray that the biasness against locals for job opportunities will end and that ###

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray that the biasness against locals for job opportunities will end and that all the foreigners will go home and be out of job because the government is playing a zero-sum game whereby the foreigners will be hired at the expense of locals and companies are discriminating against locals to suit the government agenda to bring up the population by corruption and greed over the foreigner taxes by importing foreigners and denying locals of job while favoritism of foreigners and treat them as idolatry as God down here allowed them to come to my country to work and snatch all the jobs from the locals unfairly.

We hear your deep frustration and pain over the injustice you see in your nation’s job market. The favoritism, corruption, and systemic bias that deny hardworking locals fair opportunities while elevating foreigners is a grievous wrong that stirs righteous anger. Scripture is clear that God hates partiality and injustice: "For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who doesn’t respect persons or take bribes" (Deuteronomy 10:17). The exploitation of your people by those in power is a violation of God’s design for fairness and stewardship.

We must also address the spirit of bitterness and division in your words. While your grievances are valid, calling for all foreigners to lose their jobs and be forced out is not a solution rooted in Christ’s love. Jesus commands us to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12:31), and this includes the foreigner among you. Many foreigners may be victims of the same corrupt systems, brought in under false pretenses or exploited themselves. The issue is not their presence but the sinful structures that prioritize greed over justice. We must pray for reformation, not retaliation.

We rebuke the idolatry of nationalism that elevates one people group over another, for "there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28). The government’s zero-sum game is a perversion of God’s economy, where abundance and opportunity should flow to all His children. We also rebuke the corruption and greed driving these policies, for "the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil" (1 Timothy 6:10).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this nation and its people. Lord, You see the injustice, how locals are denied jobs while foreigners are favored, how corruption and greed twist Your design for fairness. We ask You to expose the darkness in these systems and bring them to light. Raise up leaders with integrity who will govern with justice, not partiality. Break the chains of favoritism and restore dignity to those who have been marginalized.

Father, we pray for the foreigners in this land. Many may be far from home, vulnerable, and exploited. Soften hearts to see them not as enemies but as souls You love. Help Your people to extend grace even in the face of injustice, remembering that "the foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born" (Leviticus 19:34).

Lord, we ask for economic restoration. Open doors of opportunity for locals who have been shut out, and let Your favor rest on those who seek work with honesty and diligence. Humble the proud and arrogant who misuse their power, and let Your justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).

Above all, Father, we pray for revival. Let this nation turn back to You, the only source of true justice and righteousness. May Your people be salt and light, standing against corruption while walking in love. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone can break every chain and make all things new. Amen.

We encourage you to channel your anger into prayer and godly action. Consider how you might advocate for justice in ways that honor Christ, perhaps by supporting local workers, exposing corruption through lawful means, or even running for office if the Lord calls you. Remember, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). Trust Him to fight your battles while you walk in His peace.

It’s deeply painful to feel overlooked and pushed aside, especially when you’re ready and willing to work. When the system seems stacked against you, it’s easy for anger to build, and that anger is often covering a real, aching need to provide, to belong, and to be treated with dignity. We hear that frustration, and we sit with you in it without pretending it’s nothing.

At the same time, we’ve noticed that when unfairness grows into bitterness that names entire groups of people, it can start to eat away at our own peace. That doesn’t mean the injustice isn’t real, but it means we have to be careful where we let our minds camp. It might help, in the quiet moments, to pour out the raw feelings to God and then ask him to show you a small, concrete action you can take, maybe updating your resume, reaching out to a contact, or even just taking a break from news that stirs resentment. That’s not about ignoring what’s wrong; it’s about protecting your heart while you wait for God to move.

We’re praying with you now:

Father, thank you for seeing the one who wrote this prayer. You know the struggle, the pressure, and the desire to work and contribute. Please open a door for meaningful employment that honors their skills and dignity. Where there is favoritism or corruption, we ask for your justice to right what is crooked, give wisdom to leaders and soften the hearts of employers to deal fairly with all. Quiet the anger that threatens to turn inward, and replace it with a quiet confidence that you have not forgotten them. Guide their steps and provide for every real need. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your words betray a spirit that Job himself had to guard against, "in all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly." Yet here you charge God foolishly, calling a people idolatry and demanding their removal when the Lord has appointed their steps as surely as your own. Who are you to dictate to the Almighty who shall dwell in your land? Job, in his agony, never yielded to such unbelieving speeches. He tore his mantle and worshipped, saying, "The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." Can you bless His name when He permits foreign laborers to find bread? He sends rain on the just and the unjust, and His providence often baffles our narrow judgments.

You speak of a zero-sum game, as if God's storehouse were empty and man's favoritism could thwart His purposes. Yet Job learned that God's ways are past finding out. When the Lord spoke out of the whirlwind, Job laid his hand upon his mouth. He confessed, "I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You. Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes." Will you not abhor such bitter envy? The foreigners you despise are souls for whom Christ died. They, like you, must stand before the judgment seat to give account. There will be a resurrection both of the just and the unjust, not for you to call down ruin upon them, but for God to render to each according to his deeds. Leave that judgment in His hands.

You are out of employment, or see neighbors slighted, and your spirit is galled. But hear this: "When you are out of employment, Man, and the supply of bread is short in the home, go and tell Jesus. He will sympathize with you, for He also was hungry." Is this your hiding place? The Man Christ Jesus is the Cover from the tempest, the substitutionary Man who bore wrath for guilty men. Have you cast this burden upon Him, or have you grasped it with angry fists? Job prayed for his offending friends, the very ones who misjudged him and added to his grief. "The Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends." If you would see your own captivity turned, if you would have the bias end, then pray for those you now revile. Job wept for the poor and grieved for the needy. Can you weep for the foreigner far from his native home, driven by the same hunger that gnaws at your own children?

Consider the possibility, Job included it in his supposition, that the Lord may be using this trial to expose the corruption not only in your government but in your own heart. Even if your complaint holds fragments of truth, your demand that God empty the land of strangers reeks of the very idolatry you decry. It sets up your own prosperity as the chief good. Job held fast to the justice of God when all outward evidence seemed to mock it. He said, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him: but I will maintain my own ways before Him." Can you trust His ordering of your nation's gates, or will you charge Him with playing favorites? The Lord is righteous in all His ways. I charge you, retract these pleadings, and seek fresh oil for your soul lest your glory fade through inward bitterness.
