Pray for this injustice that has been ongoing the companies hiring foreigners and make them head, so since they became head they hired people of their own kind. While dismissing and retrenching locals employees while retaining foreigners to grow in power and abuse their authority and control locals in other people's countries and snatch all our jobs and turned to theirs which had resulted in foreigners enclaves in the companies but there are no locals in the company. And the government enacted rules to favor foreigners and called it good to trample over own citizens and use low fertility rate to keep on importing these foreigners and gave them locals job as they can derive taxes from them resulting in unstable contract for locals, severeand dire unemployment amongst locals or locals forced to reduced to beny their god given talents and known evilness as good for the country and enacted policies to favor foreigners and trampled upon locals.

We hear your deep frustration and pain over what you perceive as systemic injustice in the workplace and national policies. This is a heavy burden to carry, and we lift it before the Lord with urgency and compassion. The Scripture tells us in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." We stand with you in praying for justice, fairness, and the protection of the vulnerable in society.

Father God, we come before You with hearts grieved by the suffering of Your children who feel marginalized and displaced in their own land. We ask that You would expose any unrighteousness, corruption, or favoritism in the systems that govern employment and immigration. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we trust in Your promise from Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice, and I hate robbery with iniquity." We pray that You would raise up leaders who seek Your wisdom and who will govern with integrity, fairness, and compassion for all citizens.

We rebuke the spirit of oppression and exploitation that seeks to elevate one group over another for selfish gain. We declare that no policy or practice that tramples on the dignity and rights of Your people will stand in Your sight. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of injustice and restore opportunities for locals to thrive in their God-given talents and callings. May those in authority be convicted of any wrongdoing and turn from policies that harm rather than heal.

We also pray for those who feel hopeless in this situation. May they find their strength in You, as Psalm 37:23-24 reminds us, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." Father, provide for those who are unemployed or underemployed. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and give them the courage to walk through them in faith.

We encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and justice. It can be easy to grow bitter or resentful in the face of such challenges, but we are called to love our neighbors, even those who may seem like adversaries. Romans 12:20-21 says, "Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we combat it with righteousness, prayer, and godly action.

We also urge you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to respond. Proverbs 2:6-8 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." Pray for discernment in how to advocate for change in ways that honor God and reflect His heart for justice and mercy.

Finally, we pray for unity among believers in this nation. May the Church rise up as a voice for the voiceless and a light in the darkness. Let us not be divided by nationality, ethnicity, or status, but united in Christ, who broke down every wall of division (Ephesians 2:14). May we extend grace, love, and hospitality even as we stand for truth and justice.

Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Luke 4:18-19). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We hear how exhausting and demoralizing this has been. Long-term job insecurity, watching opportunities go to others while you are laid off, and feeling overlooked by the people who should protect your interests can drain hope and stir a deep sense of injustice. We are sorry you are carrying that weight, and we do not treat it lightly.

One thing we have seen is that prolonged unemployment and workplace unfairness can quietly turn grief into bitterness, and bitterness often ends up costing us more than the job loss itself. We are praying that God keeps your heart clear even while you fight for what is right.

On the practical side, if you have not already done so, keep a simple factual record of the hiring and retrenchment patterns you have witnessed, and consider asking a local workers' rights advocate or employment counselor to review your situation. You do not need to sort through all of this alone, and having someone walk with you can help clarify the next step for your own livelihood.

Father, we lift up this person who feels trampled and pushed aside. You see the insecurity, the loss of stable work, and the frustration over unfair decisions. Please open a door to meaningful employment and provide for every genuine need. Give wisdom to those in authority, and bring just and fair treatment where there has been neglect. Guard this heart from bitterness, and steady it with hope. In Jesus' name, amen.

The Lord reigneth; let the nations tremble. He that sitteth upon the throne of the universe hath not surrendered his government, and there is no injustice so dark that it escapeth his eye, nor any oppressor so high that his arm cannot reach him. Your complaint touches real evil. When men in power favor one people at the expense of their own countrymen, when they snatch bread from the poor and call it good, when they make laws to enrich themselves by the labor of strangers while they trample upon their own citizens, this is iniquity in the sight of God. He hath said, Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty. The Lord hateth a false balance and a partial law.

Yet I must warn you with all tenderness: there is a grief that may be holy, and there is a bitterness that is sin. It is one thing to cry out against partial judges; it is another to despise the stranger for being a stranger. The Moabite was not cursed for his blood but for his sin. When Israel was a stranger in Egypt, God heard her cry, and the same God saith, Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. The fault lieth not in a man because he seeketh work in your land; the fault lieth in those who use him as a tool to oppress you. Guard your heart, lest your righteous sorrow become malice. You cannot pray acceptably while you despise men made in the image of God.

Remember that the sovereignty of God ordaineth afflictions, overruleth them, and sanctifieth them all. If he hath permitted these things, he hath a purpose in them. The same sovereignty that gave Job his trial gave Job his latter end. The same sovereignty that put Joseph in the pit and the prison also set him over Egypt. Wait on the Lord. He setteth up one and putteth down another. The schemes of men are not beyond his scepter.

The greatest injustice ever done in this world was done to Jesus Christ. He had no sin, yet he was condemned by partial judges; he was the true Israel, yet he was cast out that a robber might go free. But by that very injustice God satisfied justice, so that he can be just and yet the justifier of the ungodly. Flee to Christ first. If you have him, you have a treasure no government can take. If you lose every earthly employment, you have not lost your God. If your hope is only in changed policies, you will be disappointed; if it is in Christ, you have a portion that cannot fail.

Let us pray. O Lord God of hosts, Judge of all the earth, thou doest no wrong. Look upon this land. Look upon the poor and the wronged. Look upon those in authority who pervert judgment for gain. We do not ask thee to bless their oppression; we ask thee to arise and plead the cause of the afflicted. Break the rod of the oppressor. Turn the hearts of rulers, or remove them in thy providence. Give bread and honorable labor to those who are cast down. Preserve thy people from bitterness, envy, and hatred of the stranger. Teach us to love our neighbor, whether born near or far, while we hate every unjust weight and false balance. Above all, save us from our sins, and make us citizens of that kingdom which cannot be shaken, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your cry about work, provision, and feeling trampled upon in your own land has been heard, and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord who loves justice and hates oppression.

It is right to grieve when you see partiality and abuse of authority, when hiring and firing is not done with fairness, and when those in power favor one group while others are left without stable work to provide for their families. God sees these things. Scripture teaches that injustice is bitter, and not only to those who suffer it but even more to those who practice it. The one who robs or oppresses may seem to prosper for a time through flattery or influence, but within, conscience remains unbribed, for the faculty of judging is planted in us by God. He will call all to account, and no one will be able to hide behind excuses when He judges righteously.

At the same time we urge you to guard your own heart with great care. The writer to the Hebrews warns to look diligently lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and by it many be defiled. A bitter root cannot bear sweet fruit. It is possible to seek justice and still let hatred toward other people, even foreigners, take root and poison the soul, and that hatred then spreads to trouble many around you. God commands us to love our neighbor and to do good to all, including the stranger and foreigner among us, while also commanding rulers and employers to act without partiality and to do what is just.

So let us pray not only for your needs but for all who are involved, that God would keep your heart from bitterness and make you steadfast in faith and love.

We pray together:

Heavenly Father, You are the righteous Judge who shows no partiality. You know the anxiety of unstable work, the pain of unemployment, and the sorrow of feeling forgotten by those in authority. We ask You to have mercy on all who are struggling to provide for their families and to use the talents You have given them.

Grant wisdom and fear of You to those who govern and to those who lead companies, that they would execute justice, not favor, and rule for the good of all people. Convict those who abuse authority and who deprive others unjustly, and lead them to repentance. Provide for those without work, open doors for honest labor, and sustain households in this time of need.

Guard the hearts of Your people from a root of bitterness. Keep us from repaying evil with evil or hating those You call us to love. Help us to seek what is right through lawful and peaceful means, to speak truth with grace, and to trust Your providence while we labor faithfully. Give peace that guards the mind, and hope that does not fade, as we wait for Your perfect justice and mercy in Christ.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, who will come to judge with righteousness and to make all things new. Amen.

Continue to bring this before the Lord, to do what is honest and diligent in your own work, and to seek the good of your community even as you ask God to correct what is wrong. He hears the prayers of those who call upon Him with a humble and trusting heart.
