We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt plea, lifting up your family—especially your mother—before the Lord our God. Your cry for protection, justice, and discernment is heard, and we join our voices with yours in fervent prayer.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your promise in Psalm 91:1-4, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Lord, we claim this promise over this family. May they dwell in Your secret place, finding rest and safety under Your wings. Shield them from those who seek to harm or deceive them, and let Your faithfulness be their unshakable defense.
We pray for clarity and discernment, as You have promised in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, grant this family the wisdom to recognize deceit and the understanding to walk in Your truth. Let Your light expose the schemes of the enemy, and may those who seek to swindle or harm them be brought to justice according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of deception and fear in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, as You have said in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh." Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up those who may be seeking to deceive this family. Father, we pray that Your light would pierce their darkness, that they may see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. As it is written in Ezekiel 33:11, "Tell them, ‘As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?’" May Your mercy lead them to repentance, and may justice be served according to Your righteousness.
We stand on the authority of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His blood that we are covered and protected. We declare that this family is hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
Lord, we ask that You would surround this family with Your angels, as You have commanded in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Let Your heavenly hosts encamp around them, keeping them safe from all harm.
Father, we also pray for peace to reign in their hearts. In a world filled with turmoil and deceit, let them find their rest in You. As Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." May Your peace, which is beyond human understanding, fill their hearts and minds, casting out all fear and anxiety.
We lift all these things to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful to protect and guide those who trust in Him. If there are specific situations or individuals you are concerned about, bring them before the Lord daily, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Walk in His truth, and let His light expose the darkness around you.
