Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son ### to you. We ask for your divine intervention in his life, that he may find you and experience your transforming power. Lord, we pray for protection and strength for ### as he battles with alcoholism. We know that you are able to deliver him from this bondage and set him free.
In your Word, you have promised that you are able to save to the uttermost those who come to you through Jesus. We claim this promise for ###'s life. We ask that you would remove the desire for alcohol from his heart and replace it with a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Strengthen him, Lord, and give him the courage to resist temptation and overcome this addiction.
We also pray for ###, that you would give them wisdom and guidance as they support and encourage ### on his journey towards recovery. Surround them both with a community of believers who can provide love, accountability, and spiritual guidance.
Lord, we acknowledge that only you are good, and we thank you for being a loving and compassionate Father. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will work in ###'s life according to your perfect will. May your name be glorified through his testimony of deliverance and restoration.
