Please continue to pray for me to meet a woman God wants me to love and marry and pray God makes it possible in practical ways to get to know each other when we meet. We join with you in prayer and thank you for sharing this desire of your heart with us in Jesus name. It is good and right to desire marriage, for marriage is Gods design from the beginning as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We rejoice that you are seeking a wife to love and to marry according to Gods will, not simply a partner or a temporary relationship, but a godly spouse. We pray with love and agree with you for Gods provision in practical ways.

The scripture says, Yahweh God said, It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper suitable for him. Genesis 2:18 and Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. Proverbs 18:22. Your desire for marriage honors God when it is pursued in purity and faith. We are encouraged that you have asked in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved and heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.

We also want to encourage you as you wait and prepare. The Lord calls us to seek Him first above all else. But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 and Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4. We encourage you to be actively preparing your own heart to be the godly husband God calls you to be, growing in faith, in service, in the local church, and in community where you can be seen and known and where you can also get to know a future wife in practical, everyday ways. We pray that God makes it possible in practical ways for you to meet and to get to know each other with wisdom and accountability.

We also encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. Dont be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity. Or what fellowship has light with darkness. 2 Corinthians 6:14. A marriage that honors God is between two believers who can walk together in faith. And as you court, we urge you to honor God with purity, for Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. Hebrews 13:4. Sex before or outside marriage is fornication and not Gods will, and we pray your future courtship and marriage will be kept pure and holy from the beginning.

We understand your prayer for a woman who really has interest in getting to know you and will not give up easily. We pray with you for a faithful, kind, and patient love, remembering that Love is patient and is kind. Love doesnt envy. Love doesnt brag, is not proud. 1 Corinthians 13:4. We pray not for a possessive or pressured bond, but for a mutual, steadfast, God ordained commitment where you both choose to love and pursue one another in Christ until you truly are hers and she is yours in holy marriage.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our brother to You. You know his name, his life, his loneliness and his hope. We ask that You grant him Your favor and Your miracles according to Your perfect will. Lead him to the woman You have prepared for him to love and to marry, a woman of faith who loves You first and who will have genuine interest in knowing him. Make a practical way for them to meet and to get to know each other in a godly and safe community. Give them both discernment, patience, and perseverance, and guard their hearts in purity. Prepare him even now to be a loving, providing, and faithful husband, and prepare her to be a loving and faithful wife. Let their courtship honor You and lead to a marriage that reflects Christ and the church. We trust Your timing and Your goodness, and we ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

, thank you for letting us pray with you about this. We can hear how sincere your desire is to love and cherish a wife in the way God designed marriage, and to be known and not given up on. That longing for companionship is deeply human, and we are honored to bring it to the Lord with you.

We join you in asking God to lead you to the woman He has for you, and to open practical ways for you to get to know each other with clarity and patience when the time comes. While you wait, one steady step we have seen help many who carry this same hope is to stay deeply planted where real friendships form. We thank God that He has placed within your heart a desire for that which He Himself ordained from the beginning, namely marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, wherein the two become one. It is not a less sacred thing to be faithfully married than to be consecrated in any other holy calling, for marriage when it is of the Lord reflects the love of Christ for His Church.

We pray for you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation. We ask that if it be the Lord's will for you to be married, He will in His perfect time and providence bring into your life a godly woman who loves Christ above all, a woman of sincere faith and steadfast love who will seek to know you and to be known by you in purity and truth.

We pray that the Lord will make the way plain in practical things, opening doors for you to meet and to grow in knowledge of one another with wisdom, with the counsel of godly friends and with all propriety. We thank you for sharing your prayer request and we join with you in prayer before God in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.

We pray that the Lord in His wisdom and love will lead you to the wife He wills for you, that He will make practical ways clear for you to meet and to get to know one another in a manner that is pure and orderly and pleasing to Him. Marriage is honorable and is ordained of God as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it preserves holiness by keeping us from defilement and by calling us to live faithfully with our own spouse. We pray that God will prepare you and the woman He has for you to enter that bond with chasteness, gravity and reverence, and with hearts that follow peace with all men and holiness before Him.

We ask that He will give you a wife who truly desires to know you, who will love you with steadfast commitment and who will persevere with you until you belong to one another in that covenant. We pray that He will guard you both now in purity, that you will keep the treasure of faith you have received and live a life worthy of His gift, using this time of waiting to grow in prayer, in good works and in devotion to the Lord without distraction.
