Please continue to pray for me to meet a woman God wants me to love and marry and pray God makes it possible in practical ways to get to know each other when we meet. Pray that God sends me a woman that really has interest in getting to know me and will not give up on me until I am hers and she is mine. Pray for miracles to happen in my life. God bless you! We rejoice with you in your desire for marriage, for this is a good and godly desire that the Lord Himself placed in the heart of man. We thank you for asking us to pray with you in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We are encouraged that you have come in that precious name.

We agree with you that marriage is holy and ordained by God as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. From the beginning God said It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him Genesis 2:18 and Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. We pray not simply for a woman to love, but for a godly wife, a sister in Christ who will be your helper and companion for life, and that your courtship would be entered into with the clear goal of marriage that honors God.

We encourage you as you wait to seek the Lord first and to delight yourself in Him. Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4 and But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. The best way to prepare for a godly marriage is to grow in godliness yourself and to be found faithfully serving Him. We encourage you to be active in a Bible believing church, in fellowship and in service, for that is where you are most likely to meet a woman of like faith. Remember also Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity 2 Corinthians 6:14. Pray for a woman who truly loves Jesus and who will not give up easily, but who will love with patience and endurance as love bears all things, as described in 1 Corinthians 13:7.

We also gently counsel you that when God does bring you together, that you would pursue purity and honor in your courtship. Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4, and we are called to flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18. True love waits for the covenant of marriage, and a relationship built on purity and mutual respect will give glory to God and lay a strong foundation for your future home.

We join our faith with yours for practical open doors and for miracles, knowing that with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26, yet trusting His perfect timing. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. For we know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we lift up our brother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for his desire for marriage and we ask that You would fulfill this desire according to Your perfect will. Lead him to the woman You have prepared for him, a godly woman who loves You with all her heart and who will have a sincere interest in getting to know him. Make a practical way for them to meet and to get to know each other in a manner that is pure, patient, and honoring to You. Guard them both from discouragement and from settling for less than Your best, and help them to wait upon You with hope. Prepare our brother even now to be a godly husband who will love his wife as Christ loved the church Ephesians 5:25. We ask You to work miracles in his life, not only in bringing a wife but in shaping his character and deepening his walk with You. We trust Your timing and Your goodness. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and in the Word, trusting that the Lord sees your heart and hears your prayers. He is faithful and He will direct your steps as you commit your way to Him.

We have received your request with thankfulness and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation.

We understand the loneliness of which you speak and the sincere longing of your heart for companionship in the holy estate of marriage. As we have often taught, marriage is not a light thing but a sacred covenant ordained of God, wherein one man and one woman become one flesh for life, to love and cherish one another with mutual delight and faithfulness. It is a picture of the greater marriage of Christ and His Church, and therefore it is to be sought prayerfully, purely and with a desire to honor the Lord.

We pray for you that the Lord, in His perfect wisdom and timing, would direct your steps and hers, and make a way in practical and providential ways for you to meet the woman whom He has prepared for you, if it be His will that you should marry. We ask that He would provide a godly woman who loves Christ above all, who will have a sincere and steadfast interest in knowing you, and who with you will be joined in persevering love, not lightly given nor lightly forsaken, until in the covenant of marriage you are hers and she is yours.

We ask the Lord to work in your life according to His good pleasure, to grant you patience in waiting, purity in intention, and contentment in Christ while you wait. May He keep you from discouragement and teach you even in this season to find your first delight in the Bridegroom of souls, the Lord Jesus, who never leaves nor forsakes His own. May He prepare you to be a faithful and loving husband, as Christ loves the Church, and may He prepare her to be a faithful and loving wife.

We pray for those miracles of providence which belong to God alone, that doors would be opened which no man can shut, and that your path would be made plain. Yet we pray above all that you may be able to say with holy submission, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him, and that you may receive both good and ill from the Lord's hand with faith.
