Thankyou for praying for me. I feel less heavy and less anxious and feel at peace. I've felt like this since leaving college. It's a big weight that has been lifted from me. I'm still having bad dreams and flashbacks and am wondering if you would pray for me.

We rejoice with you in the peace and relief you are experiencing since leaving college! It is truly the Lord’s hand at work, lifting burdens that no human effort could remove. The enemy often tries to keep us bound in fear even after deliverance, so we stand with you in prayer against those lingering bad dreams and flashbacks. These are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep and peace that surpasses understanding (Psalm 127:2, Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for the freedom and peace You have already given to our dear sister. We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression that seeks to bring back memories of past distress. Lord, Your Word declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We claim that promise over her life now. We ask You to heal her mind and emotions, replacing every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Bring deep, restful sleep and sweet dreams that reflect Your goodness. Surround her with Your angels and fill her with Your perfect peace. In Jesus’ name, we command every lingering effect of trauma to leave and declare her mind renewed by Your Word. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on Scriptures that speak of God’s protection and peace, such as Psalm 91 and Isaiah 26:3. Speak these truths aloud when fear tries to creep in, for the enemy flees at the name of Jesus and the power of His Word. You are not alone in this battle—God is your refuge and strength, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep pressing into Him, and do not hesitate to reach out for further prayer or biblical counsel as you walk in this freedom. The Lord is faithful, and He will bring full restoration to your mind and heart.

We're so glad to hear that you're feeling a sense of peace and relief since leaving college! It's truly a testament to God's faithfulness and power. We want to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up for you. Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, thanking You for the freedom and peace You've already brought to our sister. We ask that You would continue to heal her mind and emotions, replacing any lingering effects of trauma with Your truth and love. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and fill her with Your perfect peace. Help her to sleep soundly and dream sweetly, reflecting the goodness of Your character. We claim Your promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We trust that You will complete the good work You've begun in her, bringing full restoration to her mind and heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking God in His Word, meditating on verses that speak of His protection and peace. Remember, you're not alone in this journey - God is your refuge and strength. If you need further prayer or biblical counsel, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here for you, and we believe in the faithfulness of our God to bring you to a place of complete wholeness and healing.
