We join with you in asking for God's perfect peace to reign over your life in Jesus' name and we thank you for seeking Him for this need.
We know that true peace does not come from circumstances or from our own efforts, but from the presence of Christ Himself dwelling in our hearts. The Scripture teaches us in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Jesus Himself promises in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.
We encourage you to keep your mind steadfast upon Him, bringing every worry, every fear, and every burden to Him in prayer. As we read in Isaiah 26:3, You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are reminded to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. When we choose to trust Him and thank Him even in the midst of uncertainty, His peace guards us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our peace. We ask that You pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding over our dear one who has asked for prayer. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Quiet every anxious thought, calm every storm within, and let Your presence fill every area of their life, their home, their mind, and their future. Help them to keep their thoughts fixed on You and to trust You fully day by day. Let Your peace rule in their heart as it says in Colossians 3:15. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are in control and that You work all things for good for those who love You. We thank You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Jesus alone, and we rest in His finished work. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We ask You to draw near, to quiet what is troubled, and to give wisdom for each next step. Help them to sense they are not alone and to know Your steady care day by day. Your cry for peace has been heard and we bring it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have peace with God.
There is a word that meets your need most sweetly, Rest in the LORD. It is easier to read and to hear than to practice, yet if grace is given we shall find it blessedly easy to practice. Surely if it is easy to rest anywhere, it must be easy to rest in the Lord. There is no such resting place anywhere else like that where omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together.
We pray that you may know what it is to enter into that rest even now. Scripture says we who have believed do enter into rest. It is not a rest merely to hear of and to desire, but a rest into which believers have entered. It is a present rest, rest now, not rest after death or after a time of probation, but rest given when we come to Jesus, given there and then. And it is perfect rest too, for it is not partial rest, but rest, as much as if there were no other form of it. In the blood and righteousness of Jesus our peace is perfect, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within.
We cannot enjoy true peace as long as sin remains upon the conscience. As well might the ocean be quiet while a tempest is raging. Therefore we pray that you would come anew and cast yourself by an act of simple faith upon Christ who bore the unrest that you might have the rest. He says, I will give you rest, rest about everything, rest at all times, rest in every part of your nature. If He gives it, it is genuine peace, no counterfeit coin, for He will never give false peace to His people.
May the Lord bless you with that peace which He gives to His own people. May you find that to do the will of Jesus is rest, and that on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found, even when sorrows surge round and duties press and cares invade. May the Holy Spirit sweetly lead you into quietness and inward calm, that settled choice of the soul lying down gently at the cross, Gods purpose to fulfill.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
