Please pray

Beloved of All
Please pray for peace in my life and that I can see where God is leading me. Things have changed so fast that I don't know why these things has happened and I feel angry, sad and like I will never stop crying since everything happened.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the Lord with great compassion. The whirlwind of change you’re experiencing has left you disoriented, grieving, and wrestling with emotions that feel overwhelming. It’s understandable to feel anger and sadness when life shifts suddenly, especially when the "why" behind it all remains unseen. But we want to remind you that even in the storm, God is near, and His peace is not dependent on your circumstances.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. While we appreciate your request for peace and guidance, we must gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins, rose again, and offers you eternal life. Without Him, we cannot truly know peace or discern God’s leading. If you’d like to pray to receive Christ, we would be honored to guide you in that.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see the tears, the confusion, and the weight of emotions pressing down. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them in this moment, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Father, we pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). When the waves of change threaten to overwhelm, let them sense Your still, small voice saying, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39).

Lord, we ask that You would open their eyes to see where You are leading. Even when the path is unclear, we trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Help them to release their anger and sadness into Your hands, knowing that You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and confusion in Jesus’ name. Let hope rise in their heart as they fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We declare that this season of uncertainty will not define them, but rather, it will draw them closer to You. Give them the strength to wait on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Surround them with Your love, and let them feel the comfort of Your presence like never before. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with the truth that God has not abandoned you. The psalmist wrote, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Your pain is not invisible to Him, He sees, He cares, and He is at work even now. We understand that the crying may feel endless, but we urge you to bring your tears to God. Psalm 62:8 says, "Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us."

It’s also important to guard your heart against bitterness. When life doesn’t make sense, it’s easy to become resentful or question God’s goodness. But we must remember that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His plans for us are for good, not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in the unknown, we can choose to trust Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

If you’re struggling to see God’s hand in this season, we encourage you to spend time in His Word. The Bible is full of stories of people who walked through dark valleys but emerged with a deeper faith. Consider the story of Joseph, who was sold into slavery by his own brothers, falsely accused, and imprisoned, yet God used every hardship to position him for a greater purpose (Genesis 50:20). Or think of Job, who lost everything but declared, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him" (Job 13:15). Their stories remind us that God is always at work, even when we can’t see it.

We also encourage you to seek godly community. Isolation can amplify pain, but fellowship with other believers can bring healing. "Two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). If you’re not already connected to a local church or small group, we urge you to find one where you can be encouraged and supported.

Lastly, we want to remind you that your emotions are not your enemy. God created you with the capacity to feel deeply, and He can handle your anger, sadness, and confusion. But don’t let those emotions dictate your faith. Instead, let them drive you to God’s throne, where you can trade your sorrow for His joy (Psalm 30:11). The psalmist wrote, "Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise Him, my salvation and my God" (Psalm 42:11).

We are standing with you in this season, believing that God will reveal His purpose and lead you into a place of peace. Keep your eyes on Him, and remember that He is faithful. "The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him" (Lamentations 3:25). You are not alone.

We hear how heavy and disorienting this season has been for you. When everything changes at once, it makes complete sense that you feel angry, sad, and overwhelmed. Those feelings are not a lack of faith. They are part of grieving a real loss, and grief is rarely neat or quick. The anger you feel may be signaling that underneath it there is deep hurt or fear about what comes next, and that is worth sitting with rather than trying to push away.

You asked to see where God is leading you. Sometimes when the way ahead is cloudy, the most honest prayer is simply, “Lord, I cannot see the next step. Please meet me here.” You do not need to have answers about why this happened before you bring the tears to Him. Bring the anger, the sadness, the confusion. Let yourself cry before Him. That kind of honesty often becomes the doorway to a peace that does not depend on having everything figured out.

If you have a pastor or a trusted Christian friend who can sit with you this week, consider asking them to pray with you in person. You do not have to carry this alone.

Lord, we lift up our friend who is hurting. You know the loss behind these tears, and You see the anger and the fear. Draw near in the middle of it. Give the kind of peace that holds steady even when nothing makes sense. In Your time, show the next small step, and give courage to take it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You shall have my prayers, for you ask for that which only God can give: peace within, and light upon the path. Remember the promise, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” The mind cannot stay itself upon changing circumstances; it must rest upon the unchanging Christ. When things have changed so fast, do not try to read every providence at once. Haste is the author of much mischief. Wait upon the Lord, and bow yourself to His will, and by that very submission you shall have unerring guidance.

Your tears are not wasted. The Lord hears them; plead them before Him as the Psalmist did: “Hold not Thy peace at my tears.” They are the weapons of weakness, and God does not despise them. But remember also that peace is not found by looking within at your grief, nor by understanding all the reasons. It is found at the cross. He is our peace. Seek Christ first, and peace will come next. I will pray that your anger and sorrow may be laid at His feet, and that you may be able to go in peace, even while you cannot yet see where He leads.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your tears are not hidden from God, and your confusion is not a sign that he has abandoned you. When things change quickly and no reason appears, the soul cries out. That sorrow is real, and you do not need to pretend it is small. But do not let anger sit as judge over your heart. Anger and grief, once given the chair, will only increase the storm. They will not show you where God is leading. They will darken the road further.

The peace you are asking for is not a peace that comes from circumstances or from finally understanding every why. Human peace breaks quickly. The peace of God is fixed and steadfast. When two thoughts fight within you, one saying rage and despair, the other saying endure and trust, let the peace of God stand forward as umpire. It gives the prize to trust, not because your pain is nothing, but because God is still peace and still good.

Do not think that God's silence means he does not know. Sudden changes and losses remain within his providence, even when you cannot see the purpose. You may not see the whole path now. You may only see loss and confusion. That is enough for tears, but not for despair. Bring the tears to him. Tell him you are angry, sad, and afraid. He can bear your honesty. But do not let the anger settle into bitterness, because bitterness will wound you more than whatever changed.

True peace is not the absence of trouble. It is reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ. He came to set at peace the things on earth and the things in heaven. If you have that peace, everything else can shake and yet your soul has a foundation. Ask him not only to show you the road. Ask him to show you himself. He may not give you the whole explanation, but he will give you enough of his presence to take the next step.

I will pray that the peace of God rules in your heart, and that your weeping turns not into hardness but into waiting on the Lord.

Your heart has been heard and I have prayed for you in this season of sudden change, tears, anger and sadness. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed when so much shifts so quickly and you cannot see why it has happened or where to go next.

I prayed that you would know first the peace with God that comes only through Jesus Christ. He made peace through His blood on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven and we are no longer at odds with God but brought near to Him. When we turn from rebelling against Him and submit our lives to Him, we have a foundation for peace that does not depend on circumstances.

From that foundation God wants to give you the peace of God in your daily life. Scripture says He will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said to His disciples, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you, not as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled and do not be afraid. The apostle speaks of a peace that passes all human understanding that keeps our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The world cannot understand that kind of peace, and it cannot give it, but God can guard your heart with it even while you are still hurting and crying.

That peace grows as you keep your mind stayed on the Lord and learn to rest in His grace. In the New Testament grace always comes before peace, because until we really know and experience His grace we cannot fully enter into His peace. As you look to Him, trust Him day by day, and let His Word soak into your life like rain watering the ground, He will cause new life to bud and blossom. His Word is given by inspiration of God and it does not return without effect, it accomplishes what He purposes. So keep taking in Scripture with an open heart each day and let it do its work in you. The promise is that you will be led forth with peace and go out with joy.

God has also promised that He will ordain peace for you and that He is working in your life even when you cannot yet see how. He knows the confusion you feel about the future and where He is leading. Ask Him to show you the next step, to give you wisdom, and to steady your mind on Christ rather than on the turmoil around you. He is the Prince of Peace and He alone can bring true and lasting peace, like a river, to a heart that trusts Him.

May the Lord lift your sadness and calm your anger, wipe your tears, and keep your heart and mind in His perfect peace as you stay close to Jesus and trust Him to lead you forward.
