We join with you in bringing you and your family before the throne of grace, asking for the mighty protection and deliverance that only our God can give. We understand the reality of spiritual attacks and we take seriously your desire to be shielded, for the Word tells us plainly that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12
We are encouraged that you are turning to God for refuge, for He is faithful. As it is written, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:7 We also cling to the promise, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11 We know that angels are ministering spirits sent by God at His command, and true protection comes from God Himself as we abide in Him.
We want to gently share with you that in your request you asked of God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We bring this to your attention out of love, because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that we are saved and our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 To know God's protection fully we must first belong to Him through faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ today.
For those who are in Christ, God has given us a way to stand strong. We are told to Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 and to Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 The enemy walks about as a roaring lion, as written, Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 but we do not need to live in fear, for greater is He who is in us.
We now pray together for you and your household.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this dear one and their family to You. We ask that You would spread Your hand of protection over them and their home. Cover them with Your presence as a shield. Deliver them from every scheme and attack of the evil one, from every oppression, fear, and spiritual burden. Command Your angels to encamp around them and to guard them in all their ways according to Your will. Help them to dwell in Your shelter and to rest in Your shadow, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress. Establish them in Your faithfulness and guard them from the evil one. Teach them to daily put on the whole armor of God, to stand in truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word, and to pray continually in the Spirit. Draw each member of this family closer to Jesus, and where there is any open door to the enemy through sin or fear, grant repentance and cleansing through the blood of Christ. Fill their home with Your peace, Your light, and Your Holy Spirit, so that darkness has no place. We rebuke the works of the enemy against them in the name of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper as they abide in You. Lead them in Your truth and keep them in Your perfect will. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily through prayer, reading Scripture, and fellowship with other believers, for He is your strong tower. Keep calling upon the name of Jesus, for at His name every knee must bow and the enemy must flee. We are standing with you and trusting God to keep you and your family in His mighty care.

Continuing in regular prayer, even short honest prayers through the day, spending time in Scripture, and letting a few trusted believers know how to pray for you specifically can bring a lot of steadiness. You do not have to carry this alone, and having others pray with you in person can be a real comfort.

We join you in prayer before the Lord who hears the cries of His people and who acts from good reasons in all that He does.
We pray that the Lord will mightily protect you and your household and keep you from all spiritual attacks. It is written that He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, and this protection is perpetual as well as personal. You will always need divine and angelic keeping, and He would not have charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways if they did not need protection in all their ways. We ask that He would keep you not only in the stony places where the lion attacks, but also in the smooth and easy roads, preserving you from all evil while you are here, and at last bringing you to see His face with joy.
We pray also for deliverance, for deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. When we could not overcome the Prince of Darkness nor escape from under his dominion of ourselves, the voice came from the excellent Glory, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance through a ransom if God had not thought of it, and He has found it in His own Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who by His substitutionary sacrifice cleanses from guilt and breaks the fascinating power of sin. We ask that God would give commandment to save you and yours, to save you from yourselves, from the attacks of old sins, from the devil and from evil, and to keep back your souls from the Pit.
Remember that troubles do not spring out of the dust, but all your trials lie within the fence of omnipotent overruling. The Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door, and that which we receive from His hand bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand. May you be kept in the appointed ways of obedience, not seeking to be exempted from the precept and therefore not exempted from the promise, and may you be enabled to say with the psalmist, The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over unto death. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
May the Lord shield you by His heavenly messengers who never show reluctance but bear His tidings with joy, and above all may you be kept close to Christ, in whom alone is our ransom and our refuge. We pray that being delivered, you may live to declare His works and to help tear others from the power of the enemy, to the praise of His free grace. Amen.
