The Bible shows us that physical healing is part of what Jesus provided when He suffered for us. Isaiah prophesied that He would bear our infirmities, and Matthew tells us that Jesus fulfilled that when He healed all who were brought to Him. When Jesus broke the bread and said this is my body broken for you, He was pointing to that provision. I believe God still heals today. Sometimes He heals instantly, sometimes He heals gradually through the natural processes He built into our bodies, and sometimes He brings healing to our minds and hearts as we wait. All true healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or through the care of doctors and the body's own recovery.
At the same time Scripture keeps us from presuming that God will heal in the same way every time. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed, and God did not remove it but gave him grace to live with it for a greater purpose. There is much about healing we do not understand, and why some are healed quickly and others are not is known only to the Lord. So we can come to Him with confidence to ask for healing for your body and for the bleeding you described, while also trusting His wisdom and love if His answer comes differently than we expect. Please continue to seek medical care as well as prayer, because God often works through those practical means.
You also mentioned spiritual attacks, and the Bible is clear that there is a real spiritual realm and a real enemy. Our struggle is not simply physical, and physical efforts alone cannot win a spiritual battle. God has given us spiritual protection and spiritual weapons that are powerful through Him. One of the enemy's tactics is to draw us into fear and into fighting on a purely physical level where we are weaker. Instead we are called to put on the whole armor of God and to stand firm in Christ.
You can refuse those attacks in Jesus name, rejoice that God has given you His Spirit and His power, and respond as Jesus did when He was tempted, with the Word of God. When thoughts of fear or oppression come, answer with what is written. Jesus said the ruler of this world had nothing in Him, and in Christ you are given that same standing. Along with prayer, it is also wise to take practical steps, just as Nehemiah prayed and also set a watch. Keep feeding your spiritual life through prayer and Scripture, even as you care for your physical body. Scripture also notes the connection between the health of our inner life and our physical well being, that a joyful heart does good like medicine, so nurturing your soul in the Lord can strengthen you in every way.
Let me pray for you now. Father in heaven, I lift this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the need in the body and the concern over bleeding. I ask You to bring healing according to Your mercy and will. Touch the body, restore health, and guide the hands of those providing care. I also ask for deliverance and peace from every spiritual attack. Cover this person with Your protection, clothe them with Your armor, and let Your Word be strong in their heart and mouth. Give rest, assurance, and a merry heart that trusts in You. Help them to keep looking to Jesus who bore our sins and our infirmities, and to rest in Your love and power. Amen.
