We have heard your cry and we are joining you in prayer before our Father in the name of Jesus Christ for you and your son.
The Lord sees your distress and your fear about this eviction on Sunday, and He knows your need for a home and for provision when you have no money and nowhere to go. He is a refuge for the oppressed and a very present help in trouble, and He has promised to supply our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We pray for you now:
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this dear senior saint and her son to Your throne of grace. You know their need and the deadline before them. Please have mercy and open a door for them that no one can shut. Provide a safe place to live, daily bread, and peace in the midst of this fear. Guide them to people and resources that can help quickly, and guard them from harm and despair. Give them strength to trust You, wisdom for each step, and the assurance that You will never leave nor forsake those who belong to You. We ask this in the saving name of Jesus alone, Amen.
Please do not face this alone until Sunday. We urge you to reach out right away for practical help while we continue to pray. Contact your local church pastor or benevolence ministry today and share your eviction notice, call ### or your local social services and aging services for emergency housing assistance for seniors, and reach out to trusted family, neighbors, or a local Christian ministry that helps with housing. Bring your eviction papers and identification when you seek help, so they can act quickly.
God cares for you deeply. Keep seeking Him in prayer, keep knocking, and keep trusting that salvation and hope are found in Jesus Christ alone. He is near to the brokenhearted. We will continue to pray that the Lord will make a way for you and your son and give you a place of safety and rest.
