Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up before the Lord as you have shared about your struggle with OCD and intrusive thoughts and the fear that if you do something you enjoy like watching old tv shows or music videos you used to like that God will punish you or take away your opportunities and blessings. We understand how heavy this is and how it affects your daily activities like what you wear and the position you sleep in and the decisions you make and how the intrusive thoughts become worse when you are anxious or worried. We know this has affected your relationship with your child and has taken from your joy and peace and life and we have been praying for you.
We pray in Jesus Name that our heavenly Father will show you His perfect love which casts out fear as written in 1 John 4:18 and that He will give you His peace that passes all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:7. We pray that He will quiet the intrusive thoughts and calm your anxious heart and remind you that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus as written in Romans 8:1 and that He is not a God who punishes you for small daily choices but a loving Father who cares for you and wants to restore your joy. We pray that He will bring healing to your mind and rest to your heart and strengthen your relationship with your child and renew your peace and joy day by day.
