We hear your cry for relief and justice, and we stand with you in fervent prayer against the spiritual oppression you’ve endured. The harassment you describe is not merely human malice, it is a manifestation of darkness, and we take authority over it in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
The Word of God declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This battle you face is spiritual, and we must confront it with the weapons of God, prayer, faith, and the authority given to us through Christ.
We rebuke every demonic influence operating in your neighbors, commanding them to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will arise and scatter your enemies (Psalm 68:1). The harassment must cease, and we pray for divine intervention, whether through changed hearts, repentance, or even the removal of these individuals from your life if that is God’s will.
We also pray for your protection, peace, and restoration. The Lord is your refuge (Psalm 91:2), and He will not abandon you. We ask Him to surround you with His angels, shield you from further harm, and fill your heart with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to You. We acknowledge that salvation and deliverance come through Christ alone, and we stand on His finished work at the cross. We bind every evil spirit assigned against this dear one and loose the peace, protection, and justice of heaven over their life. May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in this situation. We trust You to act on behalf of the oppressed and to bring an end to this torment. In Jesus’ powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Your trial is grievous, and the wickedness of men stirred by the powers of darkness can press upon the spirit until it seems the very heavens are brass. Yet this world would be drear indeed if we could not pour out our sorrows into our Father’s ear. Be much in supplication, for he that is mighty on his knees is mighty everywhere. Neglect prayer, and you will soon discover that all your spiritual powers wax weak, but be constant at the throne of grace and your strength shall be renewed. The enemy would whisper that God’s ear is shut, that He will never move His arm to work deliverance for you. Spurn that thought with all your might, for prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail if it has but time.
Examine your own heart, for sometimes failure in prayer may be caused by sin, sin harbored, or sin within the prayer itself. Are your petitions fretted with resentment or a desire for mere personal ease? Imitate Jacob, who laid his case before the Lord with holy arguments, yet with humility of spirit. He did what wisdom dictated and then betook himself to prayer. His prayer was answered, though not in the way he expected, and so may yours be. The Lord may grant you peace within your borders without the removal you desire, or He may bring about a change of heart in those who trouble you. Wait upon Him.
Deliverance from the power of sin and the vexation of adversaries is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for this. And remember the Believer’s conduct after affliction is to declare the works of the Lord. He who has been sorely chastened and then delivered has a testimony that a man untried can never give. Should the Lord grant you respite, you must live and declare what He has done. Until then, cry both in the daytime and at night, for the time of deliverance is appointed by eternal decree, and a ransom has been found.

You ask prayer for the removal of your neighbors, claiming they harass you under demonic influence. But consider carefully what you ask. If we are members one of another, then to seek the removal of a neighbor is to tear at your own body. When any part is weakened, the whole suffers pain. Should we not rather pray for their healing and deliverance, and for grace to endure with patience?
You say they act as demoniacs. Even so, we pity the demoniac, for he is lost to shame and raving. But if we in turn give way to bitterness and slander, we bring upon ourselves a self-chosen madness and make our mouths mere sewers. When you carry reports of their evil, even in prayer, take heed that you do not pass on what may be exaggerated or born of your own wounded pride. Why speak of it if you do not trust fully what you have heard? It is safer to keep silence before God, entreating His mercy rather than recounting their faults.
Prayer indeed is a great good, able to preserve our souls, but only when we do works worthy of it. If you want God to have mercy on you, show mercy first. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.” If you ask God to remove your neighbors, do you not ask Him to be unmerciful to them? And yet you yourself need mercy for your own sins. You see the mote in their eye, but perhaps there is a beam in your own. Are you certain you are not an exact inquisitor of their offenses while overlooking your own?
The times may be perilous, full of men who bite and devour one another, but do not imitate them. Instead, by your patience and love, you may win them back to sanity. Pray rather that the demons be cast out from them, not the neighbors from the neighborhood. For God is able to change even the hardest heart. Stand fast in love, for that fulfills all the law, and you will find your own soul at peace, no matter what storms rage around you.
