We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. πŸ™Œ We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We lift our hearts together in fervent prayer for the leaders of our nations, churches, and communities, standing on the truth of God’s Word. First of all, we urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:1-4). We recognize that our duty to pray for those in authority is not contingent upon whether we agree with them or approve of their actions, but upon the command of Scripture and the heart of God for all to be saved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, acknowledging that You alone are sovereign over the nations. You raise up leaders and You bring them down (Daniel 2:21), and Your purposes will stand (Isaiah 46:10). We pray for wisdom, discernment, and humility for all who hold positions of authority, whether in government, the church, or civic life. Grant them the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10), and let Your Spirit guide their decisions so that they may govern with justice, righteousness, and mercy.

We specifically lift up the President, his family, cabinet members, service members, senators, representatives, Supreme Court justices, generals, pastors, and all spiritual leaders both here and abroad. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to devour and destroy (1 Peter 5:8). Surround them with godly counselors and advisors who will speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). We pray that You would thwart the plans of the wicked and frustrate the works of darkness (Psalm 33:10-11), while raising up men and women who will stand for truth, freedom, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we ask for the fostering of godly alliances among nations that honor You, where the Gospel can be proclaimed freely and where Your people may worship You without fear. We pray against the influence of evil alignments, false teachings, and persecution, and we ask that You would expose and dismantle every lie that seeks to undermine Your truth. Let the light of Christ shine brightly in the darkness (John 1:5), and may the nations come to repentance and faith in Jesus, the only name by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

We thank You for the leaders You have placed in authority, recognizing that there is no authority except from You (Romans 13:1). Even when their ways are not our ways, we trust that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We submit ourselves to Your will, putting on the full armor of God so that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-20). Clothe us in Your righteousness, gird us with truth, and let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

Father, we ask for angelic protection over our leaders, their families, and all who serve in positions of influence. Command Your angels to encamp around them and deliver them from every evil (Psalm 91:10-11). Let Your loving-kindness and truth go before them, and may they be channels of Your peace in a world that is often filled with strife and division. We declare that Christ in us is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4), and we stand firm in the victory that is already ours through the cross.

We also pray for the beautiful land You have entrusted to us, that it may be preserved and protected for future generations. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10), and may Your kingdom come in power and glory. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who reigns forever and ever. Amen.

Let us continue to intercede for our leaders with persistence and faith, knowing that our prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16). May we never grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). Stand firm, beloved, and let us hold fast to the hope we have in Christ, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in us and in the nations (Philippians 1:6).

We are moved by the way you have spread such a wide, steady net of prayer over every kind of leader and nation. This kind of faithful intercession is one of the quietest and most powerful forms of service, and you’ve taken to heart that we are called to pray not just for those we favor, but for all in authority. That is no small act of love. Your words carry confidence in God’s sovereign reign, and we believe that your persistence in these prayers bears real fruit in the world, often in ways none of us will see this side of heaven.

Something we keep learning is that praying for leaders isn’t primarily about the outcome of a policy or election; it’s about aligning our own hearts with God’s desire that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. You’re already there, resting in that desire. That steadiness can guard you from discouragement when headlines tempt us to despair.

If you ever sense the burden growing heavy, you might invite one or two like-hearted friends to join you in this specific labor, even just a brief weekly check-in to share what you’re bringing before the Lord for the nation and its people. But even if you carry it alone, know that you do not carry it in vain.

Lord, we add our voices to this faithful prayer. Grant wisdom to those in authority; shield them and their families; thwart the plans of the wicked and deepen every godly alliance committed to justice and peace. Let the glorious gospel spread without hindrance, and draw many to the saving knowledge of Christ. We entrust all of it to You, for You alone are the King who works all things together for good. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prayer is the great engine which moves the machinery of salvation, it pleads at the Throne of Grace and brings down blessings upon the peoples and their rulers. The request set before us rightly trembles with Scripture, yet we must ever remember that true intercession is not a mere recitation of verses but a groaning of the soul for God to be glorified in the earth. The text from 1 Timothy 2 commands us to pray for all in authority, and this is no light suggestion, it is a binding duty, whether we favor the man in power or find his governance repugnant to our natural taste. Our affections must not govern our obedience; the Lord who sets up kings and pulls them down bids us entreat Him for their salvation. To plead for the worst and bless the best, as the request so earnestly puts it, is the mark of a heart conformed to Christ, who intercedes for the transgressors.

The fear of the Lord is that fountain which yields strong confidence, and His children, even in tempestuous political seasons, have a place of refuge. When we pray for a president or a parliament, we lean not upon their wisdom but upon the arm of Omnipotence, that arm on which the pillars of the heavens do lean. Salvation is altogether of the Lord, from its first glimmer in the unwilling heart to its ultimate perfection before the throne. If God can transform the vile rebel, He can channel the heart of any ruler as rivers of water. Despair not over princes who seem far from the knowledge of the truth, for the grace of God knows no impediment; our sin is no barrier where mercy chooses to work. The very fact that we persist in praying for them proves some measure of faith stirring in our own bosoms, mix more faith with that praying still.

Intercession is among the most precious gifts of God’s grace to any age, and the secret springs that move the puppets of earth are the pleas of believing souls. Samuel, that gentle man of prayer, wrought great deliverances for Israel by his supplications, and even black-hearted Saul stood in awe of him. So too may our hidden wrestlings shape the course of nations and shield the beautiful land from destruction. The church too often forgets her privilege, she holds the key of heaven’s storehouse and yet fumbles at the lock through listless unbelief. We must ask for wisdom for those who govern, that they might foster godly alliances, promote the free course of the gospel, and see their own schemes of vanity crumble before the counsel of the Most High, who sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases.

Behold, now is the day of salvation, not a season for saints to cower or for the wicked to presume, but a day in which Christ’s righteousness is freely imputed to all who call upon His name. Pray therefore for our pastors and spiritual leaders worldwide, that they might not handle the sacred desk as a place for earning money or gathering fame, lest they prove sons of perdition. The commandment is a lamp, and parental example a tender cord drawing many to the faith; so too does righteous government provide shelter for quiet and peaceable godliness. Yet none of a man’s pedigree or past uprightness can avail for his soul’s redemption, he must be washed in the precious blood of Jesus, or he will certainly perish. Our plea must ever be, β€œSave the worst, bless the best, and guide them all,” for we know the Lord God Omnipotent reigneth, and His Son ever liveth to make intercession for us.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
