I am praying with you for him right now, asking the Lord to stop the bleeding, to take away the pain, and to bring complete healing to his face.

In this fallen world injuries and pain are part of life for everyone. It does not mean God is punishing him or that this is a direct judgment. Scripture shows that because sin entered the world, our bodies are vulnerable and we all face hurt and sickness at times, even good people who love the Lord. God grieves over that brokenness and He is full of compassion toward us in it.

We can come to Jesus with confidence because He has shown His power and His mercy in healing. The Bible tells us He bore our sicknesses and infirmities, as Isaiah prophesied and Matthew affirmed, and He healed people in many different ways. Sometimes He spoke a word, sometimes He touched, sometimes healing came instantly and sometimes it came gradually. There is only one record of a gradual healing in His ministry, yet it reminds us that He is not limited to a single pattern and that a gradual healing is still a real healing.

Every healing process is from God. He created our bodies and built into them the ability to mend, and that natural process is divine because He is the one who designed it. Whether He lifts pain in a moment or works through the steady mending of tissue day by day, the healing is from His hand. I do not fully understand why some are healed instantly and others more slowly, but I believe strongly that healing is for today and that God is able.

So I am asking the Lord to touch him, to cause the bleeding to stop completely, to ease the pain, and to restore his face fully. I pray also for peace for you and for him as you wait on the Lord, and for wisdom for any medical care that is needed to help the body heal as God intended. May you feel the nearness of Christ as you reach out to Him in faith, trusting that virtue and mercy flow from Him to those who call on Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I bring this loved one before You. Please stop the bleeding, remove the pain, and heal the injury to his face. Lay Your hand upon him, comfort him, and let Your healing power work in his body. Give peace and strength to those who care for him, and let this be a testimony of Your kindness. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for asking us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your little one who fell and injured his face. We have continued to lift him up before the Lord and we have been praying that the bleeding would stop completely, that his face would heal fully and that his pain would go away.

We take comfort in knowing that our Heavenly Father sees him and cares for him and that He is the one who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds as we are reminded in Psalm 147:3. We have been asking God to bring complete healing and comfort to him and peace to you as you care for him.

If your request was answered and his bleeding has stopped and his face is healing and his pain is gone, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you and give thanks to God together. If his face is still healing or he is still experiencing any bleeding or pain, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
