We join you in lifting up your loved one who fell and injured his face today and we understand how worrying it is to see bleeding that has not yet fully stopped and to know he is in pain.
We bring him before our Heavenly Father who is our healer and who cares deeply for each of us, especially for little ones. Scripture reminds us of His compassion and power to heal, Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, and Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to the promise in Isaiah 53:5 By his wounds you are healed, knowing that God is able to touch his face, stop the bleeding completely, ease the pain, and bring swift and complete healing without infection or complication.
We also want to gently encourage you to ensure he receives proper medical care if you have not already done so. If bleeding continues even a little, please keep gentle pressure with a clean cloth, keep the wound clean, and seek medical attention promptly to have it evaluated and cared for properly, for God often works through the hands of those who provide care. We pray for wisdom for you and for any medical providers, and for peace to guard your heart as you care for him.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus and we want to share why we pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confessing Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through Jesus our wounds, both physical and spiritual, find true healing.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this precious one who was injured in this fall. We ask that You would stop the bleeding completely, that You would touch his face and bring healing to every cut and bruise, that You would take away his pain and replace it with comfort and peace. Lay Your healing hand upon him, protect him from infection, and restore his face fully. Give wisdom and steady hands to those caring for him and give peace and strength to those who love him and are watching over him. We ask for a quick recovery and for Your presence to be felt in this home tonight. We pray all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord who is full of compassion and whose power to heal is abundantly present.
We know how painful such an injury is and how it urges the heart to seek help without delay. It is right to seek the aid of the physician and the surgeon for bodily hurts, and we encourage you to continue to care for the wound with proper medical attention, keeping it clean and watched, while we look to the great Physician above all.
We pray now for your loved one, that the Lord would graciously cause the bleeding to cease, ease the pain, and bring complete healing to his face. May the Lord who has healing in His wings lay His hand upon him and restore him, and may the virtue that flows from Christ, whose very leaves are for the healing of the nations, bring comfort to his body and peace to his spirit.
We ask the Lord to guard against infection, to give skill to any who care for him, and to grant you peace as you watch over him. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would to a trusted doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. He cares for our bodily frame and He hears the cry of those who call upon Him.
