I have an acquaintance who was temporarily taking over the job of another employee and as the one leaving was giving instruction, ### felt overwhelmed and after went into the restroom, looked in the mirror and said, Holy Spirit, you got that right? She did an amazing job.
My reason for sharing is you have many concerns and it seems that the one you need to talk to is not listening, so I would cast all those concerns on the Lord and ask Him to take care of it, because you know what, He has already done it and He simply wants us to ask and trust that all these things you are concerned about will work out perfectly.
I know that sounds so simple, but the gospel is simple. Casting all your cares on him for he cares for you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understanding...
let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
and bless that person who is in charge that doesn't seem to have enough time to speak with you. You'd be surprised to find out God cares for it all and has made a way. Bless her and suddenly she has time to talk...or not...but bless her with shalom and God bless you with shalom.
