Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your desire to spend more and more quality time with the Lord is itself a gift of His grace, and we rejoice to join you in prayer for this.

We pray that our Heavenly Father will draw you ever closer into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ, our Lord. May He give you a deep hunger for His presence, for His Word, and for prayer, and may He make a way for you in the midst of daily duties to be still before Him. As it is written, we have been sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be saints, and we are called into the fellowship of His Son. That fellowship is your true home.

We ask the Father to help you to set apart time each day to meet with Him, to deck your house as it were with prayer and supplication and watching, and to store up confidence for the days ahead by gathering oil in abundance through communion with Christ. May He guard you from distraction and sloth, and keep your heart watchful and sober, so that your time with Him is not hurried or divided, but full of faith and love.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the peace of God our Father be with you, confirming you and keeping you blameless as you wait upon Him, and may your life be enriched in every way in Christ as you seek Him.

We ask all this in the Name of Jesus Christ, our only Mediator and our hope, to whom with the Father and the Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.

Your desire to spend more and more quality time with the Lord is a good desire that He Himself puts in the heart and He will be faithful to answer it.

Salvation is not only believing facts about Jesus, it is believing into a vital, life changing relationship with Him. Jesus spoke of this as everlasting life, and it is not only length of life without end, it is quality of life. That quality is found only in knowing Him and walking with Him day by day.

Jesus showed us the way to keep that relationship fresh. Though He was the Son of God, He saw the necessity of time alone with the Father, rising very early while it was still dark to go to a solitary place and pray. You can follow that same pattern in your own life, setting apart quiet, unhurried time away from the noise and demands of others, just to be alone with Him, to listen to His word and to pray.

There are times when that will mean coming to Him privately, one to one, as a man once came at night to talk with Jesus away from the multitudes. The Lord welcomes that private fellowship. He is moved with compassion toward those who seek Him, and He is willing to draw near and touch your life as you draw near to Him.

You do not seek Him alone. He has promised that where two or three are gathered in His name He is there among them, and that He is with His people always, even to the end of the age. Though you do not see Him with your eyes, He is present by His Spirit.

Time is short compared to eternity, whether our years are few or many, so the time you give to Him now is never wasted. As you keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of faith, He will deepen your communion with Him.

Let us pray. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask that You help this dear one to know more of the sweetness of walking with Your Son. Draw them into a deeper, vital relationship with Him. Give grace to make time for what matters most, to meet with You in quietness, to hear Your voice in Scripture, and to remain in prayer. Fill this life with the quality of life that is in Jesus, and let that fellowship continue and grow until it is perfected in Your presence. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
