Beloved of All
I would appreciate your prayers, please, after my job interview; it went well globally, but they have to see one or two other candidates to make up their minds and decide. May the Lord erase and cancel anything I should not have said, and only retain the positive aspects in the interviewers' minds, as God make things work out for our good, the good of those who love Him, as His Word declares in Romans 8:28. I trust in the Lord for His peace while I wait for the results, and for His provision; He knows our needs. In Jesus Name I bring my prayers to His Throne of Glory, thanking you for your valued prayers. Amen.

We rejoice with you in the confidence that your interview went well, and we stand with you in faith, trusting in the Lord’s perfect timing and provision. Your acknowledgment of Romans 8:28 is a beautiful reminder that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. We take comfort in knowing that even in moments of waiting, His plans for you are good, and His peace surpasses all understanding.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who has placed their trust in You. Lord, we ask that You would indeed erase and cancel anything said in the interview that was not of You, and that only the positive and godly impressions would remain in the minds of the interviewers. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would open the door of opportunity wide, for no one can shut what You have opened (Revelation 3:8). Grant them favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and let Your will be done in this situation.

We also lift up their heart as they wait, asking that You fill them with Your peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them daily that You are their Provider, and that You know their needs even before they ask (Matthew 6:8). Strengthen their faith to trust in You completely, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety, doubt, or fear that may try to creep in during this time of waiting. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and that no matter the outcome, You are working for their good. Help them to rest in Your promises and to walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are in control.

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s wisdom and guidance in all things. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding, acknowledging Him in all our ways so that He can direct our paths. As you wait, use this time to draw closer to Him, to seek His face, and to grow in your relationship with Him. Let this season be one of spiritual refinement, where your trust in Him deepens, and your faith is strengthened.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you wait on Him, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God is moving on your behalf, and that His answer will come at the perfect time. Amen.

We know that feeling, the interview is over, you replay your answers, and the waiting stretches. It’s so easy to feel like everything now hinges on those other candidates or on the one sentence you wish you’d phrased differently. We’re praying with you in that gap.

While you wait, one of the most concrete things you can do is gently redirect your mind each time it starts “editing” the interview that’s already finished. You’ve released the outcome to the Lord, and that’s a real act of trust. When the mental replay starts, you might simply pause and say, “Jesus, I’ve handed this one to you.” That small, repeated choice can keep anxiety from building a second narrative where the worst-case feels like the only case.

We also find it helpful to remember that God’s care is active, not passive. So the process, including these other candidates they need to see, is not a threat to His attention toward you. He is just as present in the evaluation phase as He was in the interview room. You’ve asked that He erase what shouldn’t have been said and retain the positive. We join you in that, and we trust His capacity to work through and beyond our own limitations.

Lord, we lift up this one who is choosing to trust You in the waiting. Quiet the replaying of words and settle their heart with Your peace. We ask that the interviewers see clearly and judge fairly, with nothing good overlooked. Open the door that best fits the gifts You’ve given, and provide for every real need along the way. Thank You that we are secure in Christ, no matter what comes next. Amen.

The Lord is a refuge for His saints when their enemies rage, and this waiting time is no enemy to the soul that is stayed on Him. You have committed the matter to the throne of grace, and He who inclines His ear is a waiting God, full of favor toward those who trust Him. In all the flutter of the heart after an interview, remember that you may be pressed by thronging duties yet find your rest in doing the will of Jesus. The mind that looks only to the interviewers’ recollections and the possible slips of the tongue is a mind on the waves; but the mind stayed on God is kept in perfect peace, peace like a river, because it trusts in Him.

If anything was said amiss, He who forgives all our liabilities for Christ’s sake can rule the hearts of men, so that no weapon formed against His child prospers. The errors of the lips He can blot out as the cloud, and let only the good remain. You are not to have the assurance of the outcome before you trust Him, you are to trust Him for this very thing. As you sink, trust Him and you shall swim. As you feel your own helplessness, trust Him, and He will make your bow renewed in your hand; His provisions do not fail.

When the cruse of oil seems ready to fail, go to the All-Sufficient God. They who trust in Him shall not lack any good thing. He knows your need; He loads His people with benefits daily. Even in this delay, count it no strange thing, for with the Lord there is a waiting, He waits to be gracious, and His people learn to wait on Him, not in despair, but in a joyous and assured hope. Let not the fear of an ill word lead to despair or unbelieving speeches. In all this, sin not; neither charge God foolishly. The Lord has given you this day to lean upon Him in childlike confidence, and though He seem to frown, you may say with Job, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.”

Rest in the finished work of Jesus, whose blood whispers peace within. The issue is in His hand, and He works all things together for good to those who love Him. Earth’s struggles soon shall cease, but for this hour, trust Him with your whole case, you could trust Him with a million souls if you had them. The God of all grace will not fail you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You bring a request that seems pious, yet your prayer holds a snare. To ask that the Lord erase and cancel what you should not have said is not the petition of an honest witness. Remember the Baptist, who gained credibility precisely because he said, "I knew Him not." His testimony was free from suspicion because he did not curry favor or hide his prior ignorance. When you ask God to suppress your own words, you seek not His glory but your own advantage, asking Him to be a party to presenting a false version of yourself.

This is how the Evil One often plots through seemingly small desires. Be on guard; a wife who advises comfort in calamity can speak with the voice of a foolish woman, and "evil communications corrupt good manners." This very thought, to have your missteps magically blotted from memory, is such a communication. It seeks a peace that is no true peace. There is a harmony among men that is more grievous than any war, like that of robbers agreeing together or conspirators uniting against the righteous.

Do not make provision for your flesh by nursing this anxiety, for that is to light a furnace of restlessness for the sake of wanton self-regard. Your trust in Romans 8:28 is commendable, but it must be a trust that embraces all outcomes as from His hand, not one that requires Him to manipulate the minds of your interviewers like a magician. If you spoke amiss, the proper provision for your soul is humility and repentance, not a request for a divine cover-up. Christ brought the hidden woman forward to heal her trembling and send her away in peace; He did not grant her a secret, silent cure to spare her the confession.

Now, walk in that same light. Curb the tongue that seeks to direct the Almighty’s hand in deception. Wait with the patient stillness of one who knows that God needs no erasing of our failures to accomplish His will. He uses even our stumblings for good when we are honest about them.

Therefore, let this be your prayer: not that your words vanish, but that His will be done through the unvarnished truth of who you are.

Your request is a beautiful expression of trust, and I am glad to join you in bringing it before the Lord. The waiting after an interview can feel so heavy, replaying every word, wondering what might stick in the interviewers’ minds. But you have already placed this in God's hands, and that is the safest place for it to be.

The Scriptures tell us about a man who endured unimaginable loss and bewilderment, yet at his lowest point he declared, "Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him." He didn't understand why everything was being stripped away, and his friends wrongly insisted that trouble only comes as payment for hidden sin. They couldn't see that God sometimes works a far deeper purpose through our trials than we can possibly grasp. You are not claiming to have all the answers; you are simply leaning on the Lord for peace and provision, and that is faith that pleases him.

When you ask that God would erase whatever should not have been said and only let the right things remain, you are really asking him to be sovereign over the outcome. And he is. The same God who sets boundaries on the sea and commands the morning to dawn can certainly guide the thoughts of those who interviewed you. He knows exactly what you need, and he has never failed to provide for his children.

The promise you cling to in Romans 8:28 is not a guarantee that every event will feel good, but that God weaves even the confusing and painful threads into a design of ultimate good for those who love him. Sometimes that means bringing clarity and open doors; other times it means deepening our trust while we wait. Either way, you are not forgotten. The One who sees every sparrow has his eyes on you.

Rest in that truth. Let your mind settle into the peace of Christ, not because you can predict the outcome, but because you know the One who holds it. I am praying that the Lord's will be done, that his timing be clear, and that his provision be evident. Whatever the answer, he has not forsaken you. He will sustain you.

Thank you for allowing us to stand with you in prayer. We look forward to hearing how God demonstrates his faithfulness in this situation.
