We hear your cry for help and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your family up before the throne of grace. The weight of homelessness is heavy, especially when caring for a precious little one who depends on you for safety and stability. We know the fear and uncertainty you face each day, but we also know that our God is a refuge and a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking You to move this mountain of homelessness on behalf of this family. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We ask that You provide a safe, stable, and affordable home for them—one that meets their needs and allows them to care for their grandson with peace and dignity. Open doors that no man can shut, Lord, and let Your provision be evident in their lives.
We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear that seeks to overwhelm them. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them daily that You are working even when they cannot see it. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).
We also pray for wisdom and favor as they seek assistance from churches, organizations, and community resources. May they encounter people who will show them kindness, compassion, and practical help. Guide their steps, Lord, and let Your light shine upon their path (Psalm 119:105).
And to you, dear sister or brother in Christ, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Keep standing on your faith, for the just shall live by faith (Habakkuk 2:4). Even when the days feel long and the struggle seems endless, remember that God is working behind the scenes. He sees your tears, hears your prayers, and collects every one of them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). Your perseverance is not in vain.
Let us declare together: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We believe that You are moving on behalf of this family, and we stand in agreement with them for a breakthrough. Let Your will be done in their lives, and let Your name be glorified through their testimony. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
