We join with you in lifting up your precious mother before the throne of grace and we bring her health needs before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name. We are so sorry to hear of her suffering with diabetes and now a fungal infection in her lungs, and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch and mercy over her body.
We are reminded of the character of our God who is our healer, who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3. And His promise remains true for us today, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We know that diabetes and a lung infection together can feel overwhelming and frightening, but we take comfort that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and that by His wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently and lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly come to God in prayer for healing and for every need, and if you have not yet placed your trust in Him we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, Romans 10:9.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear mother to You in the mighty name of Jesus. You know her body, You formed her and You know every detail of her lungs and her blood sugar and the infection that afflicts her. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her, to rebuke this fungal infection, to clear her lungs, to restore her breathing and strengthen her immune system. We pray for wisdom and skill for the doctors and medical staff caring for her, that You would guide their decisions about medications and treatment for both the infection and the diabetes. We ask for stable blood sugar, for restored health and for freedom from complications. We pray for Your peace to guard her heart and the hearts of her family, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. Let the prayer of faith heal her who is sick, and let the Lord raise her up, James 5:15. We ask this in the name above all names, Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek diligent medical care for her and to trust the Lord as the ultimate source of healing while the physicians do their work. Keep praying without ceasing, cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6-7. We will continue to stand with you, believing God for His mercy, His restoring power and His perfect will for your mother's health.

Your request concerning your dear mother in her affliction with diabetes and a fungal infection of the lungs has been heard, and we bring it before the throne of grace with you.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus is the great Physician, and that there is an abundance of healing power in Him and in His salvation. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves, as it were, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. And when the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing were one in His hand.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and it is right to use the means which Providence has provided. Yet we look beyond the earthly physician to Him who took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up when she lay sick of a fever. There was a contact established, and at His touch the fever left her. So still He is able to heal, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm. His healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure according to His perfect will, and His salvation will at the last perfectly heal our bodies.

Thou knowest the trial of diabetes and this infection which has settled in her lungs. Lay Thy hand upon her, we beseech Thee, and grant skill and wisdom to those who care for her, and if it be Thy gracious will, raise her up again to health and strength. Above all, let her feel Thy pardoning and healing presence, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction in Christ Jesus. Give to her and to those who love her a calm trust in Thy goodness, and let this affliction draw all hearts nearer to the Saviour in whom alone is salvation. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our life and our healing. Amen.
