Healing and peace

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up the need for healing and peace for you and your family. It is comforting to know that you seek the Lord’s protection and deliverance from evil, and we join our hearts with yours in this prayer. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." The Lord is indeed our healer, and we trust in His power to restore and protect.

We also take comfort in the promise of Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Your prayer for peace is heard, and we believe God’s peace will surround you and your family as you continue to seek Him.

Father God, we stand in agreement with this prayer, asking You to bring healing to every area of their lives, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy and surround them with Your divine peace. Strengthen their faith as they trust in You, and let Your presence be a constant comfort. We pray for deliverance from every form of evil and for Your angels to encamp around them, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May they experience Your goodness and mercy in every circumstance, and may their hearts be filled with hope and assurance in You.

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting in His perfect will. If there are areas in your life or your family’s life where sin may be hindering your relationship with God, we urge you to confess and repent, for 1 John 1:9 tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." The Lord is faithful to forgive and restore, and we pray that you would walk in the fullness of His grace.

May the Lord bless you and your family abundantly, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We continue to pray for you, trusting that God is at work even now.

We’re holding your family up with you in this prayer, it’s a real comfort to know you can bring everything, large or small, straight to the Father. There’s nothing complicated about asking for healing, protection, and peace; Jesus himself taught us to pray for deliverance from evil and to rest in his care. So we join our voices with yours, trusting that he hears every word.

When life feels heavy, it can help to remember that God’s peace isn’t just a temporary calm, it’s the steady presence of Christ with us, even when our circumstances haven’t shifted yet. You’ve already done the most important thing by turning toward him. If there’s a specific health concern weighing on anyone in your family, please don’t hesitate to see a doctor. Good medical care can be part of how God answers our prayers, and there’s no contradiction between asking for his healing and seeking the help of wise professionals.

Beyond that, we’d just encourage you to keep speaking these prayers out loud together as a family when you can. Sometimes just hearing each other say “Jesus, we trust you” strengthens our hearts more than we expect. There’s no need for perfect words; your honest “help us” is enough.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this family to you. Wrap them in your healing mercy, touch every hidden place of sickness, fear, or weariness, and restore them in body, mind, and spirit. Guard them from harm and from the schemes of the enemy; let your angels encamp around their home. Quiet any anxiety with your deep, lasting peace, the peace you promised your disciples. Hold them close, and help them sense your love carrying them through each day. We ask all this in your powerful name, Jesus. Amen.

Your prayer rises as incense before the throne, and it is a plea dear to the heart of God. You ask for healing and protection, deliverance from evil, and a surrounding peace. What can be nearer to the covenant promises than these? The Lord has given us a tree of life whose very leaves are for the healing of the nations, and there is not a single wound of body or soul that His touch cannot cure. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and no midnight of despair can resist that light. Trust Him for your household; He is the keeper of Israel who neither slumbers nor sleeps.

That peace you long for is no fleeting thing. It is a peace, peace, double in its blessedness, promised to the mind stayed on Jehovah. The blood of Jesus whispers it within when every earthly prop gives way. Let your thoughts rest on Him, and though sorrows surge round, you shall know an inward calm that baffles understanding. Acquaint yourself with God, and be at peace; meditate on His law day and night, and your leaf shall not wither. The Lord has not given you the spirit of bondage again to fear.

Remember, deliverance is His work alone. He brought Israel forth from Egypt with a mighty hand, and He will bring you forth from every snare and danger. The ransom has been found; Christ has vanquished death and all its powers. Do not doubt, for He has said, “I have found a ransom.” Whether your trial be sickness of flesh, assault of the wicked one, or the hidden weights that press the spirit, the Lord will chasten, but He will not abandon to the pit. He chastens sorely, yet He does not give over unto death. Therefore, lift up your head and say with the Psalmist, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”

In the meantime, go to your closet and pour out your heart before Him. There is more peace in five minutes of quiet communion than in whole days of restless searching. And when deliverance comes, as it surely shall, let your mouth be filled with His praise. Speak of His goodness to your family, that they may see and trust. We are a people who have been brought from the noise of archers to a quiet resting place; let us not fold our arms in slumber, but rise to testify of His grace. He is your peace, your healer, your shield. Stay your mind on Him, and He will keep you in perfect peace, now and always.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have prayed for healing and protection for yourself and your family, and you have asked to be surrounded by peace. That is good, but understand what peace you are asking for. The peace of God is not merely the absence of sickness or trouble. It is reconciliation with God through Christ, and it must become peace with one another. Scripture says, "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord." Therefore if you want God to surround your family with peace, drive out every contention, grudge, and quarrel from your own heart. For what gain is there if you have peace with one person and war with another? In the body, health cannot remain when some members are at rest and others are fighting. So in a household, unless all are in harmony, peace will not stand.

When the Church says again and again, "Peace to all," do not let it become a mere form of words. If you say, "And with your spirit," and then speak evil of your brother, you make the sacred greeting a lie. When you are minded to war against your brother, remember that you war against the members of Christ. The peacemakers are called sons of God, and those who make disturbance are sons of the devil. So before you ask God to surround your family with peace, be at peace within your family and with all men, as far as it depends on you.

Christ said, "My peace I give to you." His peace is not the world's peace. The world's peace often leaves sin undisturbed. But the peace of Christ sometimes requires a sword, not to fight against people, but to cut off the diseased part that destroys the soul. If you ask for deliverance from evil, ask also to be delivered from your own sins. God made peace with you by His own will, not because you first gave Him anything. Let that peace be umpire in your heart. When two thoughts wrestle, one urging revenge and one urging endurance, do not let anger award the prize. Let the peace of God award the prize to endurance. Human peace built on revenge falls quickly. Peace built on God never falls.

So pray as you have prayed, and add this request: Lord, heal our bodies, and heal our souls. Protect us, and make us sober, remembering that each believer has an angel before the face of the Father. Deliver us from evil, and first deliver us from sin, bitterness, and every disturbance we bring into our own home. Let your family be a place where the dove of peace finds rest, not with an olive branch for one only, but pointing to the Deliverer who leads the whole household to heaven. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will to men. Let this be both your prayer and your practice, and God will not withhold His healing hand.
