We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for healing and peace for you and your family. We join with you in praying for God’s protection and deliverance from evil, trusting in His sovereign care over every aspect of your lives.
The Word of God assures us, "The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them" (Psalm 145:18-19). We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord hears your cry and will answer according to His perfect will. Jesus Himself taught us to pray, "Deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13), and we take comfort in knowing that He intercedes for us even now.
We also pray for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). In a world filled with turmoil, His peace is our anchor. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or sickness in the name of Jesus, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we ask You to touch every member of this family with Your healing hand. Whether the need is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we trust in Your power to restore and renew. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart and life in light of God’s Word. Are there any areas where sin may be hindering your prayers or your relationship with the Lord? The Bible tells us, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18). Confession and repentance open the door for God’s healing and restoration. If there are unconfessed sins, whether in thought, word, or deed, we urge you to bring them before the Lord, receive His forgiveness, and walk in the freedom that Christ provides.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine healing to flow through their bodies, minds, and spirits. Lord, we rebuke every scheme of the enemy designed to steal, kill, or destroy their peace, health, or joy. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health and heal their wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).
Father, we ask for Your peace to flood their hearts and homes. Let them experience the fullness of Your presence, knowing that You are their protector and provider. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and keep them safe from all harm. We pray for wisdom and discernment to recognize and resist the enemy’s attacks, and we thank You that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas of sin or disobedience in their lives. Give them the courage to confess, repent, and turn away from anything that grieves Your Holy Spirit. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and restore them to a right relationship with You. May they walk in the light as You are in the light, and may Your healing power flow unhindered (1 John 1:7).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and love. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May this family grow closer to You through this trial, and may they emerge stronger in faith and more dependent on You. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord through prayer and His Word, for "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). Trust in His promises, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). We’re holding you and your family up with you today. Asking for healing, protection, and peace can feel like a deep, quiet ache, and you’re not meant to carry it by yourself. One of the ways God often answers prayers like yours is through the steady, flesh-and-blood care of His people. When we’ve felt worn thin, we’ve found that simply letting someone else sit with us and pray can break the isolation and remind us we’re not alone. Is there a trusted prayer partner, a small group, or a mature friend you could invite into this with you? It doesn’t require a special moment or an expert, just an honest, “Can you pray with us right now?” That kind of shared burden can become a place where peace takes root.

Peace, perfect, unsullied peace, this is no idle wish, yet many cry “Peace, peace” where there is no peace, finding only the stagnant pool of superstition that carries death into the soul. You have asked aright when you seek it from the Father alone, for the Lord will bless His people with peace; it comes from lips that cannot lie, through the blood that has made a full atonement. Fix your mind on Him, trust in Him, and in the very midst of dark sorrows surging round, you shall know that peace which the world can neither give nor take away.
Yet I hear you also pleading for healing and protection, deliverance from evil. Here is a vital truth: deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. Nothing within the reach of mere man can purge away the evil, it must be a gift of Divine Love, a supernatural power put forth. The Lord Himself has found a ransom, a way no one would have thought of! It is written, “Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom.” This is the glad news: God has given commandment to save you, and you shall be saved from yourself, from the attacks of old sins, from the devil’s fascinating power.
Troubles and sickness do not spring from the dust; the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. That which you receive from His rod bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father’s hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart profitable. The Lord has chastened you; He will also deliver. The very leaves of the Tree of Life, the least things about Christ, hold healing virtue for the nations. There grows no healing herb but this one plant of renown.
He brought you forth from the house of bondage by His outstretched arm alone, and He shall keep you from going down to the Pit. Live then, and declare the works of the Lord. Bear every new burden to Him who gives peace, and see that you take not an atom of the honor for deliverance to yourself, it is of Free Grace only.
