I don't like to get high blood pressure in my chest or heart because my body doesn't deserve to get high blood pressure.

We have heard your request for healing from high blood pressure affecting your chest and heart and we join together to bring this burden before the Lord with you, asking for His mercy and healing touch upon your body.
We understand how distressing and frightening it can be to feel pressure and discomfort in your chest and heart, and we want you to know that God cares deeply about your physical suffering. He is the One who formed your body and He delights in bringing restoration. Scripture reminds us that He is our healer, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3 and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Your body is precious to God, for we are told Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, You are not your own, for you were bought with a price, Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. While it is true that none of us deserve good health on our own merit because all have sinned, God in His grace still desires to show compassion and healing to us as His children.
We also want to encourage you with practical wisdom as you pray for healing. High blood pressure and pressure in the chest and heart can be serious medical concerns, and God often works through the wisdom and care of doctors and medical professionals. We urge you to seek prompt medical evaluation and follow their counsel regarding diet, rest, exercise and any treatment they recommend, as this is part of good stewardship of the temple He has given you. At the same time we encourage you to bring your anxieties to Him, for worry and stress can weigh heavily on the heart. We are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7 and casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus invites you Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

Grant wisdom to doctors and guide in any treatment needed, and give peace that surpasses understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help this dear one to trust fully in Jesus, to cast every worry upon You, and to walk in faith knowing You care deeply. We ask for daily strength, for rest, for wise choices in caring for the body, and for full confidence in Your love and power to heal. Your burden concerning this distress in your chest and heart, this affliction of high blood pressure which troubles you, has been heard and is carried to the throne of grace with tender concern.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus is that Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. A word from Him coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, and even changes the life blood. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and it is written of Him, He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. When He healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand.
Though the body in this fallen world is subject to infirmity, and none of us can claim that our flesh deserves to be free from sickness by its own merit, we may come as needy sinners to Him who has abundance of healing power in His salvation. There is a heart which should be tender, by which we perceive the Presence of God and feel His operations, and we pray that as your body seeks ease, your heart may also be kept tender toward Him who is our Rock and Redeemer.
Let us pray together. O Most High God, our Father in Heaven, look in mercy upon this afflicted one who feels pressure and heaviness in chest and heart. Lay Your healing hand upon this body. Calm the beating heart, regulate that which is out of measure, and grant relief from this high blood pressure. Give wisdom to those who provide care, and grant peace to the spirit which is troubled by this infirmity. Above all, let this dear soul know the deeper healing of sins forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ, for when You pardon, You heal, and the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick, when You dwell with them. Grant faith to rest upon Christ alone for salvation, and to trust Your good and sovereign will in all things.
