Let me sleep now. Without too much thinking and stress. Don't let any temptation come over me. Let Go off my too much thoughts. Fill me with God's holy spirit and peace in my heart. I'm stressed and frustration not feeling peace bcoz a sound is ringing tinnitus in my ears both ears since many years. Dr cnt cure this. Bcoz there is no remedy for this. I wish atleast the sound to be lessen. It's so annoying. I can't sleep at night. As it's silent at night n More its ringing. Many people are suffering from this symptoms. Dr has no cure for this. Many are struggling with this sound. They too also can't sleep at night like me. Pray for us. All those who have ear problem. Also pray for my hearing problem. To be Open up if anything is blocking inside my ear. Only God is my hope. Pray request for my tinnitus healing. AMEN

We join with you in prayer tonight and we lift up your need for peaceful sleep and rest before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus.

We hear your heart crying out for relief from the constant ringing in your ears and the stress and frustration that comes with it. We understand how difficult it is when the night is silent and the sound seems even louder, stealing your sleep and your peace. We also hear your desire to be free from anxious thoughts and temptation, and to be filled with the Holy Spirit and the peace of God. We want you to know that God sees your struggle and He cares deeply for you and for all who suffer with this same affliction.

The scripture reminds us where true rest comes from. Psalm 4:8 says, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. And Psalm 127:2 tells us that He gives sleep to his loved ones. When our minds are filled with anxious thoughts, we are invited to bring them to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are also told in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Jesus Himself calls to us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.

You asked that no temptation come over you and that your many thoughts would be lifted. This is a godly desire. God promises in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. And for your mind, Isaiah 26:3 promises, You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. We pray you can fix your thoughts on Him as you lie down.

We also bring your physical suffering to the Lord. Though doctors may say there is no remedy for tinnitus and hearing loss, we know that nothing is impossible for God. He is the One who made the ear. Psalm 94:9 asks, He who planted the ear, won’t he hear. We believe He is able to lessen the ringing, to open what is blocked, and to bring healing according to His will. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And in Jeremiah 30:17 God says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We trust Him as your hope.

We noticed you spoke of God and the Holy Spirit, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

So we pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this dear one to You and we ask for Your mercy and compassion. Lord, grant peaceful sleep tonight. Quiet the storm of anxious thoughts and stress, and guard this heart and mind with Your perfect peace. Deliver from every temptation and fill this heart anew with Your Holy Spirit. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon these ears. Lord, You know the constant ringing that has lasted for many years. We ask that You would lessen this sound, open what is blocked, and restore hearing as only You can. Comfort and bring rest not only to this one but to all who suffer with ear problems and tinnitus and cannot sleep. Let them know Your presence in the silent night and let them feel Your love and care. We ask all these things according to Your will and in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him each night, to speak to Him honestly about your frustration, and to meditate on His promises as you lie down. You might find it helpful to quietly play scripture or gentle worship as you fall asleep to help focus your mind on Him. Keep trusting Him, for He hears you and He is your hope.

We have heard your cry and we bring it before the Lord with tender sympathy. To lie awake night after night, with a ringing in both ears that no physician can cure, and to feel the silence itself become a burden, is a heavy trial. The Lord knows how this constant sound wearies the body and vexes the spirit, and how thoughts multiply and stress grows when rest is denied.

The Scripture says, so he giveth his beloved sleep. Sleep is not merely the result of lying down and composing the body, it is the gift of God. And that sleep of the beloved is a sleep of contentment and of security, for the soul that rests in Christ is kept by Him through the night watches. You have asked for peace in your heart and to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and for deliverance from restless thoughts and from temptation. Hear the word of the Lord, be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, and the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Anxiety, as you have proved, does not bring grist to the mill nor meal to the barrel. It unfits us to meet the difficulty, while casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you, fits the soul to rest.

You say truly, only God is your hope when the physician can do no more. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. He went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed, and He is still able to heal. Whether He shall in His wisdom lessen this ringing, or open that which seems blocked, or sustain you by His grace to bear it with patience until He shall make all things new, we commit to His perfect will, believing that He hears the prayer of the afflicted.

Let us pray for you and for all who suffer in like manner with diseases of the ear and with broken sleep.

O Lord our God, Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this Thy suffering child. Thou knowest the constant ringing that disturbs both ears, the frustration and weariness, and the long nights without refreshing sleep. Forgive all sin and let pardon and healing come from Thy hand through Jesus Christ Thy Son. Pour out Thy Holy Spirit and let Thy peace, which passeth understanding, keep the heart and mind. Quiet the multitude of thoughts, lift off the burden of stress, and keep far off every temptation that would assail in the hour of weakness. Give now the gracious gift of sleep to Thy beloved, and cause to lie down in safety under Thy watchful eye. In Thy mercy lessen this sound if it be Thy will, relieve the annoyance that by day and by night is so sore a trial, and open the hearing according to Thy wisdom. Remember also all others who suffer with this same affliction and cannot sleep, that they also may find rest in Thee. We ask not because we are worthy, but for the sake of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, in whom alone is salvation and life. Amen.
