Emotional Turbulence

Hey all, just getting back to see this prayer. I'm actually in a woman's retreat now. God has been so good to me. I was hoping to have a group of faithful friends praying for me and lifting me up, now I'm right here in the center of God's love to received lots of prayers and blessings. I thank you for your prayers and praise the Lord!

Dear God, my thoughts get so overwhelming and my heart becomes heavy when I think about my family. I love them but I'm not sure how to help them. I feel this missing connection between us all…unhealthy cycles, toxic habits, lack of communication….I mostly worry for my brother who’s a few years...
