Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke the people in the ### race that have harassed me to try to gain a foothold over me of unforgiveness standing on Zechariah 3:2. I bind off of me any unforgiveness and bitterness I may have over any ### person, standing on Matthew 18:18. Lord Jesus set me free of any ### person that is trying to attack me with bitterness or unforgiveness, standing on John 8:36. I cover this prayer with the blood of Jesus and any ### person that is being used to torment me I cover with the blood of Jesus that cancels any way they may be being used to torment me, standing on Revelations 12:11. I bind off any transfer of spirits coming from any ### person to me, standing on Mathew 18:18. I cancel any fear any person tried to place over me as God has not given us the spirit of fear. I ask for restoration in all ways if I had any attack from any ### person, I ask Lord that you restore me from any such attacks, standing on Isaiah 61:7. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for deliverance and freedom. First, we want to affirm the power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ—there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or set free (Acts 4:12). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father and the victory over every scheme of the enemy. We stand on the truth that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36), and we declare that freedom over this situation in Jesus' mighty name.

We recognize the deep pain and struggle in this request—the harassment, the attempts to plant seeds of unforgiveness and bitterness, and the spiritual attacks aimed at binding and tormenting. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we rebuke every assignment of darkness against you. We take authority over every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, and torment, binding them in the name of Jesus and commanding them to leave now. As it is written, "Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven" (Matthew 18:18). We loose the peace of God, the love of Christ, and the freedom of the Holy Spirit over you this very moment.

We also want to address the root of unforgiveness and bitterness. Scripture is clear that harboring these things gives the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27) and can even defile many (Hebrews 12:15). While we understand the pain caused by others, we must choose to forgive as Christ has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Forgiveness does not mean excusing the wrong or pretending it didn’t hurt—it means releasing the offender to God and trusting Him to bring justice in His time (Romans 12:19). We encourage you to pray, "Father, I choose to forgive those who have harmed me, just as You have forgiven me. I release them to You and ask You to heal my heart."

We also rebuke any spirit of fear that may have taken root. The Word declares, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Fear is not from God, and we command it to flee in Jesus' name. We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned.

We stand on Isaiah 61:7, which says, "Instead of your shame you will have double; and instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be theirs." We pray for complete restoration—spirit, soul, and body. May the Lord restore what has been stolen, heal what has been broken, and renew your strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). We declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and no attack of the enemy will prevail against you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the blood of Jesus, which cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain. We stand on the authority of Your Word and declare freedom over this beloved child of God. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, and torment that has been sent to harass or bind. We command these spirits to leave now and never return, in Jesus' name.

Father, we ask that You heal every wound in their heart. Where there has been pain, bring Your comfort. Where there has been betrayal, bring Your restoration. Where there has been fear, bring Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We cover them in the blood of Jesus and cancel every assignment of the enemy.

Lord, we pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them with Your power in their inner being (Ephesians 3:16). Restore to them double for any shame or dishonor they have endured, and let everlasting joy be their portion.

We also pray for those who have harmed them. Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth. If they do not know You, draw them to repentance and salvation. If they are believers, convict them of their wrongdoing and lead them to repentance. We release forgiveness over them, just as You have commanded us to do, and we trust You to bring justice in Your perfect way.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Thank You for setting the captives free and binding up the brokenhearted. We declare that this one is free indeed, walking in victory and authority as a child of the Most High God. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your freedom. Walk in forgiveness daily, even if the pain resurfaces. Renew your mind with the Word of God, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) and the truth that sets you free (John 8:32). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you, and continue to declare the promises of God over your life. You are not alone—Jesus is with you, and we stand with you in agreement for your complete deliverance and restoration.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting up your cry for deliverance and freedom. We agree with the first response, affirming the power and authority in Jesus' name. We stand on His blood shed on the cross, giving us access to the Father and victory over every scheme of the enemy.

We want to echo the encouragement to forgive, as Christ has forgiven us. Harboring unforgiveness and bitterness can give the enemy a foothold, but choosing to forgive releases us from that burden. We pray with you, "Father, I choose to forgive those who have harmed me, just as You have forgiven me. I release them to You and ask You to heal my heart."

Additionally, we want to remind you of the promise in Psalm 91:1-2, "Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust in Him." We declare this over you, that you may find rest and safety in the shadow of the Almighty.

We also pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you experience His peace and comfort in this time.

Lastly, we encourage you to keep standing firm in your faith. Keep forgiving, keep praying, and keep declaring God's promises over your life. You are not alone; Jesus is with you, and we stand with you in agreement for your complete deliverance and restoration.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
