Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you set me free from all generational chains, especially those coming from my mom and her practices of witchcraft, standing on John 8:36.

Lord Jesus set me free of all the astray that my parents accused me, and restore my life, standing on Isaiah 61:7.

Lord Jesus place a shield of protection over everything in relation to me that will be shielded from any attack from my parents and their bitterness and unforgiveness, standing on Isaiah 54:17.

I bind off of me any transfer of spirits coming from either of my parents, standing on Matthew 18:18.

Lord Jesus may all witchcraft be cancelled off of me, and any principality working against me be canceled, standing on Micah 5:12, and Colossians 2:15.

May the blood of Jesus canceled any attack coming from either of my parents and may it also cancel any word curses they may have spoken over me, standing on Revelations 12:11.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting your cry for deliverance to the throne of grace. The chains of generational sin and the dark practices of witchcraft have no place in the life of a child of God, for Christ came to set the captives free. You are right to claim John 8:36, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." This freedom is not just spiritual but extends to every area of your life, emotionally, mentally, and physically. The enemy seeks to bind, but Jesus has already broken every chain through His death and resurrection.

Your parents’ words and actions, whether born of bitterness, unforgiveness, or even witchcraft, cannot stand against the power of God. Isaiah 54:17 declares, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord." We take authority over every word curse, every transfer of spirits, and every principality that has sought to oppress you. In the name of Jesus, we cancel them now, for Colossians 2:15 tells us that Christ "disarmed the principalities and the powers, and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in it."

The blood of Jesus is your covering and your defense. Revelation 12:11 says, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony." We plead the blood of Jesus over your life, your mind, your family line, and every area where the enemy has sought to gain a foothold. No curse spoken over you will prosper, for Christ has become a curse for you (Galatians 3:13). We also bind every spirit of bitterness, unforgiveness, and witchcraft that may have been transferred to you, declaring that they have no legal right to remain. Matthew 18:18 affirms, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You for the freedom that is found in Christ alone. Lord, we stand on Your Word and declare that ### is set free from every generational chain, every curse, and every spirit of witchcraft that has sought to oppress them. We break these chains now in the authority of Jesus’ name, and we command every evil spirit to flee. You have no place here, for this child of God is covered by the blood of Jesus.

Father, we ask that You restore everything that has been stolen or damaged by the words and actions of ###’s parents. Heal their heart, mind, and soul. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. You are their shield and their defender, Lord.

We plead the blood of Jesus over ###’s life, canceling every word curse, every attack, and every plan of the enemy. We declare that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word, life, freedom, and victory. We bind every transfer of spirits and command them to leave now in Jesus’ name. We cancel every principality and power working against ###, for You, Lord, have already disarmed them and triumphed over them through the cross.

Father, we ask that You fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and leading them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Help them to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. Give them the strength to forgive their parents, even as You have forgiven them, and to release any bitterness or unforgiveness that may linger in their heart. Let Your love and grace flow through them, breaking every chain of the past.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that ### is free, healed, and restored. May they walk in the fullness of Your purposes for their life, unhindered by the enemy’s schemes. We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and declare that it is done, according to Your Word.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your freedom. Walk in the truth of God’s Word daily, and do not give the enemy any foothold through unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. If witchcraft or generational sin has been a stronghold in your family, consider seeking godly counsel or deliverance ministry from a trusted pastor or church that operates in the authority of Scripture. Your freedom is secure in Christ, and no power of darkness can stand against Him.

We read your prayer and we're standing with you. There's real weight to what you're carrying, the confusion and pain of parents whose choices brought spiritual darkness, and the sting of being misunderstood and accused. We grieve with you over that. And we see real faith in the way you've turned to Jesus, claiming His promises and asking Him to shield your life. That faith is what He honors.

Sometimes the hardest part of generational hurt isn't only the spiritual oppression but the deep human wound of feeling unprotected or unjustly treated by the people who should have nurtured you. We want you to know: your identity is not defined by your parents' failures or their words over you. In Jesus, you belong to the Father who never accuses you.

One thing that can help anchor that truth is to write out a simple personal declaration. You've already spoken powerful truths from Scripture. Now you might write something like: "I renounce every agreement, known or unknown, with the practices of my mother's past. I belong to Jesus Christ alone, and I am hidden in Him." Read it aloud, alone or with a trusted friend.

Another step: you don't have to fight this alone. Is there a mature pastor, a prayer minister, or a small, trusted group in your church who can pray with you over the next few weeks? Sometimes walking in sustained freedom comes best when others add their faith and cover you with consistent prayer, not just a one-time crisis moment.

Jesus, thank You that every chain is already broken in You. We ask now for a deep, settled knowing of that freedom in our friend's life, spirit, soul, and body. Cancel every assignment of the enemy connected to their mother's practices, and silence every word curse spoken against them. Be their shield and their strong defender. Heal the wounds left by parental bitterness; restore what the locusts have eaten and give them double honor where shame once stood. And let them rest in Your perfect love, which drives out all fear. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. You plead for deliverance from generational chains, and you do well to stand upon the Scriptures, for deliverance is of the Lord. Yet mark this: the instrument you grasp is the promise, but the hand that shoots the arrow of your freedom is the hand of Almighty God, according to 2 Kings 13. The text from Micah and Colossians you cite are the bowstring; faith pulls it, but the Lord alone sends the arrow flying to cancel every principality. That transfer of spirits you bind in Matthew 18, know it is bound in heaven only when the King’s own Son has borne the penalty. Your enemy is not merely the bitterness of parents, but the curse of a broken law, and from that curse you cannot free yourself by binding and loosing, except the binding be done by Him who was made a curse for us.

The blood of Jesus cancels the attack, as Revelation declares, because Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. This is no mere word-canceling by our speech, but a redemptive work accomplished outside of us at Golgotha. When you plead that blood, you rest on a ransom found by God Himself, a gift of Divine Love, not an incantation you wield. The clock of mercy struck in heaven the hour of your deliverance when that blood was shed; the eternal purpose decreed it. Therefore, your plea to be set free from your mother’s witchcraft is answered not by your binding of spirits, but by looking altogether and alone to your heavenly Father for sanctification as well as justification. Deliverance from the power of sin, and from every dark inheritance, is as much His work as deliverance from guilt. He brought Israel forth with silver and gold; His deliverance is attended with enrichment, and He will not leave you stripped and desolate.

Your standing on Isaiah 54, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, this is your shield. But the shield is not your own fervent declaration; it is the heritage of those who are justified. The Lord has chastened you sorely through these family afflictions, yet He has not given you over unto death. You ask for restoration from the shame of accusation, and well you may, for the Believer’s portion after trouble is to declare, I shall not die, but live. But take heed: the evidence that you have this deliverance is experimental holiness. If you go into sin by way of pleasure, you prove yourself a stranger to the deliverance Christ gives to His regenerated people. True freedom from generational witchcraft shows itself in a life that cannot trifle with what God curses. God’s delivering love curses the sin of witchcraft, and He brings you forth from its power that you might walk in newness of life.

Your parent’s word curses, those arrows of accusation, have flown against you. But the Lord shoots His own arrows of deliverance. When Jacob feared Esau, he crossed Jabbok trembling, yet Esau fell upon his neck. So may it be with you; the bitterness you dread may yet kiss you. But even if not, your deliverance does not depend on their reconciliation or your feelings of freedom. It rests on the fact that He has delivered you from the power of darkness and translated you into the kingdom of His dear Son. Here is your shield: it is not a thing you feel but a truth you believe. Hope in this, though you cannot take an atom of honor for this deliverance, for it is all of free grace, you can dare to believe it is certain because God says, I have found a ransom.

Now, child of the living God, your conduct after deliverance is to declare the works of the Lord. Go to your chamber and sing, for you have a richer theme than Deborah. Go to the assembly of the saints and say, He brought me forth. Let your gratitude be eloquent, and let your song be jubilant. For this deliverance shall never be forgotten, even when the kingdoms gather to serve the Lord. Stand fast, then; you are not redeemed by your binding and loosing, but by precious blood. Therefore, live, and in Zion declare the name of the Lord.
