Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the deliverance of this man who rented his flat to you.
We have continued to lift him up before the Father, thanking God for the cross and for the sacrifice of Jesus for all who believe. We have been praying that the Lord would draw this man to hear His voice and to understand His holy plan for his life, that He would break his stony heart and soften it for His glory and give him courage to leave the false identity he adopted and to walk again on the narrow path. We have asked God to open his eyes to the truth of his identity in Christ as taught in 2 Cor 5:17, to give him understanding to fear His holy name and to depart from evil, and to separate him from ungodly influences including those in his household and from the evil woman in his life. We have also prayed for his protection where he has been controlled and blackmailed and where his life may be in danger, trusting the promise that God will give us a new heart as written in Ezek 36:26 and that His thoughts and plans for us are for good as written in Jer 29:11.
