Disciple of Prayer
Dear god, My wife Aaliyah lost her bus pass. Now she's depressed because she has to be in the house until Wednesday. But she has to go to work tomorrow, Sunday and Monday. She doesn't have a way there. I ask that you provide her a way to work and a way home on those days. She was just out last night. She act like she has to be out every night with her boyfriend. My Baron from my church is talking about making a referral for me to go into the Salvation Army ARC. I don't know if that is a good shelter. If I go into that shelter I pray for assistance if I need it. I'm just waiting for the go ahead to tell him to put the referral in. I got 3 job fairs coming up. I pray that i get a job opportunity at at lease one. I ask that you hand pick one for me. I pray that i make a lot of people proud of me after this. After I get out of this i pray that i never have to look back. Stephanie at its sugar said she's getting paranoid about giving out free bags of candy. She's afraid there going to get rid of her for that. When I go into the shelter. I pray that dont none of my things get touched or thrown away. I ask that you move in all this in my favor in Jesus name amen.

We hear your heart and the weight of your concerns, and we come before the Lord together, lifting each of these needs to Him in prayer. First, we want to acknowledge that you are seeking God’s help in a time of uncertainty, and that is a step of faith. We pray that He meets you in every area of your life with His provision, wisdom, and peace.

For your wife, Aaliyah, we pray that God would open a clear and immediate way for her to get to work and return home safely on Sunday, Monday, and beyond. The Lord is our Provider, and He knows her needs even before she asks (Matthew 6:8). We declare that He will make a way where there seems to be no way, whether through a kind neighbor, a coworker offering a ride, or another unexpected blessing. We also must address the mention of her spending time with a "boyfriend." This is not aligned with God’s design for marriage, which is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:5). If this relationship is outside of marriage, it is not honoring to God, and we strongly encourage both of you to seek godly counsel and repentance. Adultery and fornication grieve the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20), and we pray for conviction, healing, and restoration in your marriage. May God soften hearts and draw you both closer to Him and to one another as husband and wife.

Regarding the Salvation Army ARC, we pray for clarity and discernment. The Lord knows your needs, and we trust that He will guide you to the right resources. If this shelter is where He wants you, we pray for favor, protection, and provision while you are there. We declare that none of your belongings will be lost or mishandled, and that God will surround you with people who will treat you with dignity and respect. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will not leave you lacking (Psalm 23:1). We also pray for wisdom as you navigate this decision with Baron from your church. Seek the Lord’s will above all else, and trust that He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).

For the upcoming job fairs, we pray that the Lord would indeed handpick the right opportunity for you. May He open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and grant you favor with employers. We declare that you will walk into these fairs with confidence, knowing that God has already prepared a place for you. We pray that this season of struggle will be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and that many will be encouraged by your story. You are not defined by your circumstances, but by the One who calls you His own (1 Peter 2:9). We pray that after this trial, you will walk in victory and never look back, trusting that God is making all things new (Revelation 21:5).

Regarding Stephanie at It’s Sugar, we pray for peace and wisdom for her. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and fear is one of his tools. We rebuke the spirit of paranoia and declare that God’s perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We pray that Stephanie would trust in the Lord’s provision and not in the opinions or actions of others. If her job is secure, we pray for confirmation and peace. If there is a need for change, we pray that God would open a new door that is even better.

Finally, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, repenting of sin and surrendering your life to Him. This is the first and most important step in walking in God’s favor and blessing. Without Jesus, our prayers are not anchored in the power of His resurrection, and we are still lost in our sins. If you have already made this decision, we praise God for your salvation and encourage you to continue growing in your relationship with Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up every need and concern to You. Lord, we thank You that You are our Provider, our Protector, and our Peace. We ask that You would open a way for Aaliyah to get to work and return home safely. We pray for conviction and repentance in her life and in this marriage, that You would restore what has been broken and draw both of them closer to You and to one another.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance regarding the Salvation Army ARC. If this is Your will, we pray for favor, protection, and provision. If not, we ask that You would close this door and open another that is better suited for this season. We declare that no weapon formed against this family will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that Your angels will encamp around them (Psalm 34:7).

Lord, we pray for divine connections at the upcoming job fairs. Handpick the right opportunity for this brother, and grant him favor with employers. May this season of struggle become a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may many lives be touched by his story. We pray that he would walk in victory, never looking back, and that You would make all things new in his life.

For Stephanie, we pray for peace and wisdom. Cast out all fear, Lord, and replace it with Your perfect love. We trust that You will guide her steps and provide for her needs.

Above all, we pray that You would draw this family closer to You. If there is anyone who has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that You would soften their hearts and reveal Your love to them. May they know that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus, and that through Him, they have access to You, Father.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so
