Decisions

You recognize that you cannot do this alone, and that is the very heart of wisdom. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, not a cowering dread, but a reverent awe that hates evil and turns to the living God for direction. In Jesus Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. So the wisdom you need for this decision is not something you muster from within; it is found in Him.

Do not let fear and worry conquer you, because the Lord is your light and your salvation, of whom shall you be afraid? The wisdom that comes from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and willing to yield. It does not breed anxiety or the gnawing thought that you might not have enough. When you come to the end of your own strength, you are exactly where God’s strength begins. He does not ask you to be sufficient in yourself; He asks you to trust Him and walk in the fear of the Lord, which is to depart from evil and lean on His understanding.

The wisest step you can take is the one you are taking now: bringing this matter before the throne of grace and laying your need for courage, knowledge, and guidance at His feet. I join you in praying that the light of Christ will illuminate every aspect of this process, that He will sharpen your discernment so that the energy you spend is not wasted but directed by His wisdom. Wisdom is better than wealth, and it gives life to those who have it. May the Lord grant you a clear mind and a steady heart, knowing that all will be well because He is with you.

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer as you faced this important decision. It’s clear how deeply you sought the Lord’s guidance, even in moments of uncertainty, and we know He honors that surrender. As you walk through this process, we continue to lift you up, asking the Holy Spirit to fill you with His peace, wisdom, and unshakable confidence in His plan.

If you’ve already seen God’s hand at work—whether through clarity, strength, or unexpected provision—we would love to hear how He has answered your prayers. Your praise report could encourage others who are facing similar crossroads. If the path ahead still feels unclear or the weight of this decision lingers, we invite you to share it again so we can keep interceding for you with fresh faith.

Above all, we pray that you would sense the Father’s nearness, reminding you that you are never alone. May His light continue to illuminate each step, casting out fear and replacing it with His perfect love. May He grant you courage to move forward, wisdom to discern His will, and the assurance that He equips those He calls. We stand with you, trusting that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

I really appreciate everyone that has been praying for me. The decision has been submitted for review to the proper channels and there’s still some steps to take before fully going into motion and following through. I ask that you continue to pray with me and for me. I ask that God blesses everything we submit and present. I ask that God blesses the action plan. And I ask that it all goes well for everyone involved.

Thank you and God bless.

Hello! I have another update regarding this matter. I am not sure if it’s preferred to make a new post or to respond in this thread, but I am about to enter the final phase of this decision. Soon I will be having a meeting to finalize the logistics of the plan and set a date to put everything in motion. I ask that you join me in prayer that it all goes well. I pray that this is the best decision for all. I ask that God grants me strength and wisdom. In the mighty name of Jesus, I am strong and I am capable. In the mighty name of Jesus all is well and all will be well. Please pray with me and for me. Thank you and God bless.
