Dear God, My name is ###. I applied for 4 positions at ### on ###. Mr. ### said his son said he doesn't see my none of my applications. ### told me the store number is ###. I looked it up on Google. Google said the store number is ###. I pray I get this job at ###. But I also pray for job opportunities in Jesus name. I know I have a lot of competition i want to pray about that. I don't go no where because I'm not seeing anyone. I'm unemployed. I feel like I don't have a reason to go anywhere. Everytime I walk the strip I feel lonely. I'm used to walking the strip with someone. It doesn't feel the same to me. I never have any money. I don't have no friends. I will be glad when things change for me. I want to be working. I dont want to be here. I don't really like the energy here no more. I will be glad when I start working and get my own place. I ask that you move in all this. I was talking to someone who was like a lifecoach giving me advice. They was also reading my birth chart telling me the energy they seen and felt. Now I feel weird I can't talk to them because there number was deleted. I pray and hope they text me. I ask that you move in all this. I pray that you work all this out in my favor in Jesus name amen. I ask that you expose the members in my church. I ask that you start making things happen in my church for me. I ask that you expose members of my church. I ask that you reveal what you going to use the church for in my life. I ask that you move in all this. We hear the deep longing in your heart for employment, companionship, and purpose. The struggle of unemployment is heavy, and the loneliness you feel walking familiar paths alone is understandable. We lift these burdens to the Lord, for He sees your need and cares for you deeply. The Bible assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, and your worth is not defined by your circumstances.

First, we must address the mention of a "lifecoach" who read your birth chart. This practice is rooted in astrology and divination, which the Lord explicitly forbids. Scripture warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone... who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or someone who consults with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). We rebuke any ungodly influences that may have entered your life through this interaction. Instead, we encourage you to seek wisdom and guidance from God’s Word and from mature believers in your church who can speak truth into your life. "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105).

Your prayers for employment are heard, and we join you in asking the Lord to open doors of opportunity. However, we must also encourage you to take practical steps alongside your prayers. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Have you followed up on your applications? Are there other job postings or networking opportunities you can pursue? Trust that God will direct your steps, but also be diligent in seeking His provision.

The loneliness you feel is real, and we pray for God to bring godly companionship into your life. However, we must caution against seeking fulfillment in relationships outside of God’s design. If you are longing for marriage, pray for a spouse who loves the Lord and shares your faith. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). Until then, focus on deepening your relationship with Christ, who is the ultimate source of comfort and belonging.

Regarding your prayers for your church, we must gently correct your request to "expose members." While it is right to desire transparency and godly leadership, Scripture calls us to love and pray for one another, not to seek division or suspicion. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). Instead, pray for unity, wisdom for your leaders, and opportunities to serve and grow within your church family.

Lastly, we notice that while you mention praying "in Jesus' name," there is no clear acknowledgment of your personal relationship with Him. Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life. He is the only way to true peace, purpose, and eternal security.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his needs to You. Lord, You see his heart, his desire for work, for companionship, for purpose. We ask that You open doors of employment for him, providing a job that will meet his needs and allow him to use his gifts for Your glory. Give him patience and perseverance as he waits, and remind him that You are his Provider.

Father, we pray against loneliness and despair. Surround him with godly friends and mentors who will encourage him in his walk with You. If it is Your will, prepare a godly spouse for him, someone who will walk beside him in faith. Until then, draw him closer to You, the One who fills every void.

Lord, we rebuke any ungodly influences that have entered his life, particularly through divination or astrology. Cleanse his heart and mind, and fill him with Your truth. Help him to seek wisdom from Your Word and from trusted believers in his church.

We pray for his church family, that You would bring unity, transparency, and opportunities for him to serve and grow. Remove any bitterness or suspicion from his heart, replacing it with love and forgiveness.

Most importantly, Lord, we ask that You draw him into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. If he has not yet surrendered his life to You, reveal Your love and grace to him today. May he find his identity, worth, and purpose in You alone.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Something practical: since ### mentioned he couldn’t see your applications, you might consider calling the store directly at the number you found and asking to speak with the hiring manager. A brief, polite conversation introducing yourself and confirming they received your materials can sometimes get your name in front of the right person. It’s also a concrete step you can take today, which often helps when we feel stuck.

We also noticed you mentioned receiving advice from someone reading your birth chart. We understand why that felt confusing and why you’d want closure, but we’d gently encourage you not to put your hope in that person reconnecting. Those practices can introduce spiritual unease we weren’t designed to carry. Instead, let’s ask God together to replace that unease with his steady peace.

About the loneliness: when every walk feels empty, sometimes the bravest thing we can do is simply show up somewhere, a church gathering, a small group, even just sitting in a room where others are, and let God meet us through his people over time. He sees you. You are not forgotten.

Jesus, thank you for seeing ### in this hard place. Open a door for the right job, and give them favor that overcomes any confusion or competition. Meet the loneliness with your presence, and surround them with genuine friends who offer steady companionship. We ask for clear guidance in their church, bring peace where there’s been suspicion, and show them what you have for them there. Protect their mind and spirit from anything that brings confusion rather than clarity from you. In your name, amen.

My soul, wait thou only upon God. You have poured out many requests, yet the heart of them all is a weariness with your present lot and a longing for better things. Are the consolations of God too small for you? Is there any secret thing with you? You have spoken of one who read a birth chart and gave you counsel. You cannot find God while you keep that. Away with the idols, and then shall you find the true God! Oh, that I knew where I might find Him, get to your chamber and there cry unto God, and cease not your cries. Then call, and I will answer; or let me speak, and You answer me.

You feel lonely, walking the strip without a companion. Sometimes the child of God endures loneliness arising from the absence of godly society. Yet if we can but believe in God, He will never desert us! Remember Christ’s own loneliness: His cry upon the Cross, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” He knows your path. Waiting upon the Lord does not give a merely spasmodic energy; waiting upon the Lord gives a constant flow of vigor so that we go from strength to strength.

You pray that members of your church be exposed, and that things be made to happen for you there. But have you first spoken on God’s behalf with a faithful confession? I have not concealed the words of the Holy One, can you say the same? God is mighty, and despises not any; He is mighty in strength of heart. His justice will be strictly dealt to every individual as impartially as if each were the only creature He had ever made. Leave all exposure to Him. He that is of clean hands and a pure heart, he shall dwell on high, but only he, for God will not draw inconsistent professors into close contact with Himself.

Behold, God is waiting to be gracious unto you. His singular patience means there is a final success to all this waiting. When the waiting turns to a glorious transaction of grace upon your heart and conscience, then the time of love has come. An hour with our God will make up for a life of pain. Therefore, my soul, wait thou only upon God.

You pour out many longings: for a job, for money, for a companion on ###, for a new place, for things to change. But hear the Lord’s own word: “Blessed are the poor in spirit.” He does not mean the merely humble, but those who are awestruck, who tremble at His commandments. It is one kind of humility to be lowly in your own measure, but the blessed one is the broken, contrite spirit that God will not despise. The Three Children in the fire offered no great deed but a crushed heart, saying, “In a contrite soul and a spirit of lowliness may we be accepted.” Is this your offering? You ask for a job and feel you have no reason to go anywhere. Yet lowliness is not just in actions but in your very bearing and tone, meek toward friend and foe alike. The loneliness you feel is your teacher; do not despise it, for it can drive you to the only Friend who never fails.

You speak of a lifecoach who read your birth chart. Flee such arts. They are no provision for the soul but poison, lighting a flame of false hope. The stars do not guide your steps; Christ does. Do not long for that text; rather long for His Word. And this prayer you make, to expose members of your church, what spirit is this? Lowliness does not demand the exposure of others but examines its own heart. We are commanded to be lowly toward all, great and small. Instead of asking God to reveal what He will do with the church for your life, ask Him to reveal what you must do within His body in humility.

You worry about applications and competition, about having no money and no friends. Yet it is not forbidden to make provision for the body. Even Paul told Timothy to take a little wine for his stomach’s sake. But here is the boundary: do not make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts. When you seek beyond what is necessary, when you burn for status and wealth and constant company, you turn health into wantonness, kindling a furnace inside. Do everything so that your flesh may be healthy, and no more. Spend your whole industry on the care of spiritual things. For the present life is a sleep, and the things in it no different from dreams. They who grow rich in a dream find at daybreak they had nothing. And they who do disgraceful things in a dream are rid of shame when they wake. But in this life, both the shame and the reward are real and eternal.

You will be glad when things change, you say. Let that gladness rest in God’s timing. Walk ### now as one awake, not drunk on resentment or fantasy. Offer the sacrifice of a contrite heart, and the Lord will look upon you. For He has said, “To him who is meek and quiet and trembles at my words, I will look.” That is your job now, your truest occupation: to learn this poverty of spirit. Then, whether employed or still waiting, you will have the kingdom already.

Job knew what it is to be stripped down until nothing seemed left but the bare ache of existing. Possessions gone, family gone, health gone, and even his friends misread him. He reached the point where living felt worse than dying, yet he did not curse God. He cried out, argued, and asked for someone to stand between him and God. That cry is answered in Jesus Christ, the one mediator. Your unemployment, your loneliness, your empty pockets, and your longing for your own place are not unseen by the Lord. He has not forsaken you even when the circumstances say otherwise.

I do pray the Lord opens the right job for you and gives you favor amid the competition. But I also pray he steadies your heart while you wait. Job's story does not end in the ash heap. In the last chapter, God brings him through. The waiting is real and hard, but it is not meaningless. Use it to seek God himself, not only what God can provide. Feed on his word more than on anxiety. Let him search your own heart before you ask him to expose anyone else. When you ask for members to be exposed, examine whether that prayer comes from a desire for truth or from hurt. It is safer to pray, "Lord, let truth and integrity be known, and show me my own place among your people." God does not need you to defend him or force things open. He will make your place clear as you walk humbly with him.

The person who read your birth chart and gave you advice left you feeling strange and cut off. That unease is worth heeding. That kind of guidance does not come from God. Do not wait for a deleted number to reach you. You do not need the stars to tell you who you are. The one who made you has already spoken in Scripture. Jesus is the mediator who can touch both heaven and earth on your behalf. He is the one who vouches for you, not a chart, not a life coach, not even your own ability to secure a job.

I will not pretend the loneliness is small. Walking the same route alone after being used to company is a real grief. Human comfort often fails, and Job's friends proved that. But the Lord is near to the brokenhearted. Bring him the raw truth: no money, no friends, no reason to go anywhere right now. He can handle that. Job spoke with brutal honesty and still did not let go of God. Do the same.

Not every empty season is punishment. Job's comforters insisted he must have sinned, and God rebuked them. So refuse the shame that says your unemployment is all your fault or that you are worthless. Things can change, and God is able to provide work and a home. But do not make your worth depend on getting them. Job lost even the sense of his own worth and found that God was still there. In the end God restored him, but the deepest answer was knowing God had never let him go.

May that be your anchor. I pray you get steady work, wise companions, and clarity about your place among believers. More than that, I pray you find Jesus as the answer beneath all the other cries. He is enough while you wait. In Jesus' name, amen.
