We join with you in this earnest cry for protection over your eyesight and we bring your fear before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We hear the urgency in your prayer not to go blind and we want you to know that God sees you and cares deeply about every part of you, including your eyes. He is the one who formed your eyes and He is able to keep and heal them. Psalm 146:8 says Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down. Yahweh loves the righteous. And in Jeremiah 30:17 He says But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.
We also notice that your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently share this because we want you to have full assurance of being heard. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To come to God we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for our sins and rose again, and we must call upon His name in faith. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our fears can be placed into the hands of a merciful God.

Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You know the fear about losing eyesight and the desire for protection. We ask You to lay Your healing and protecting hand upon these eyes. Preserve vision, bring strength and health, and calm all anxiety. We ask for wisdom for any doctors and for clear guidance in any treatment that is needed. Help our dear one to rest in Your care and to know that You are near. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Let that promise be a comfort today. We pray for peace that surpasses understanding and for faith to trust You even in fear. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your prayer concerning your eyesight has been heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. The fear of losing sight is a heavy burden, and the very anxiety which comes with such a trial can unfit us to meet it, but we are graciously commanded, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Hear the word of the Lord to a fearful heart, Fear not, for I will help you. Fear is weakening and dishonors the God whose arm piled the heavens and sustains all things, and it is disobedience to remain afraid when Jesus Himself whispers, Fear not. Therefore labor to get rid of fear by trusting His promised strength, for He is with you.
We pray that the Lord, our great Physician, would in His mercy preserve your sight. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, and so we ask God to give skill to those who care for you and to lay His own healing hand upon your eyes. He is the Sun of Righteousness who rises with healing in His wings, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of His people. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. We ask Him to protect your eyes according to His wise and loving will, and to change fear into peace.
May you find your deepest comfort not only in the gift of sight, but in sight of Christ Himself, in whom pardon and healing are joined together. Whether in light or in darkness, may you know that you are kept in His care, and may perfect love cast out fear.
