We hear the urgency and fear in your cry and we join with you right now lifting your eyesight before our Heavenly Father, asking for His protection and mercy over you.
We take comfort that our help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth and who cares deeply for every part of us. Psalm 121:2 says My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. And Psalm 146:8 reminds us Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down. Yahweh loves the righteous. We serve a God who is able to heal and to keep, as He declares in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. In the Gospels we see Jesus have compassion on those who could not see and restore their sight, showing His power and His love for us in our physical needs.
We also noticed your prayer was addressed to God and we want to gently share with you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and assurance of being heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly before His throne. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to put your complete trust in Jesus not only for your eyesight but for your whole life and eternity.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious one who is afraid of losing their sight. We ask for Your protecting hand upon their eyes and their body. Lord, touch and preserve their vision according to Your will and mercy. Grant wisdom to any doctors and caregivers involved and guide every decision for treatment and care. Give peace that surpasses understanding to calm fear and anxiety, and let them feel Your nearness. We also ask that You open the eyes of their heart as Ephesians 1:18 speaks of, that they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of Your grace. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in their healing and in their life. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Your earnest and urgent cry, that God would protect your eyesight and not let you be blind, has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace on your behalf.
We understand what a precious gift sight is, and how natural it is for fear to rise when that gift feels threatened. Hear what the Lord says to such fearful hearts, for fear not is a plant which grows very plentifully in God's garden. Again and again He says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid is not only weakening but it dishonours the God who piled the heavens and sustains all things. That same arm is not palsied, and He is still able to help you. Therefore labor to get rid of fear by trusting in promised strength.
We pray that the Lord, who formed the eye, will in His mercy preserve your sight. He is the great Physician, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may arise upon you with healing in His wings, for pardon and healing are joined together in Christ.
We will remember you in our prayers, asking the Lord to lay His gracious hand upon your eyes, to grant skill to those who care for you, and above all to give you peace in resting upon His wise and loving will. Your urgent cry has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with compassion and earnest prayer.
We understand the fear that comes when sight is threatened, for light is precious and the loss of it is a deep trial. The Lord Himself formed the eye and He is the one who opens the eyes of the blind. He had mercy on those who sat in darkness and He still hears every prayer offered in fear and faith.
Scripture speaks of two kinds of blindness. There is the blindness of the body, which comes through weakness and affliction, and there is the blindness of the heart, which comes when we turn away from God and become insensitive to His word. The prophets and apostles teach that God does not afflict out of vengeance but out of healing. When Paul was struck blind on the road, it was not to destroy him but to make him a chosen vessel, to open his eyes anew to Christ. When Elymas was made blind for a season, it was the hand of the Lord upon him to give him opportunity for repentance, not to make a display of severity. In both, the Lord showed that He wounds in order to heal and that He desires repentance and life.
Therefore we pray for you both for your body and for your soul, that God would preserve what He has given and keep your heart full of light and the fear of God which keeps understanding clear.
We also encourage you, while you pray, to seek the help of physicians as God often works through their care, and to continue to cast your anxiety on Him who cares for you.
Let us pray together:

Look with compassion upon Your servant who cries out in fear for his eyesight. Lay Your healing hand upon him. Protect his sight, preserve the health of his eyes, and grant skill to those who care for him. Take away all fear and fill him with peace and trust in Your goodness. Open also the eyes of his heart, that he may see Christ clearly, walk in Your light, and find rest for his soul. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the light of the world, grant healing according to Your perfect will and keep him in Your mercy. Amen.
