Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have been continuing to lift your husband before the Lord and to stand with you for deliverance from temptation and for restoration of your marriage covenant. We have prayed that the Holy Spirit would convict his heart, reveal the deception of lust and affairs, and show him the true value and sacredness of your vows. We have asked the Father to blind his eyes to the temptation of other women and to deafen his ears to worldly flattery, to sever every ungodly emotional and physical tie he has formed outside of your marriage, including every relationship causing trouble in your marriage through past relationships and through women on social media, and to replace his desires for temporary pleasures with a deep hunger for truth and righteousness and a pure faithful love for you.
We have also prayed with you for your family, that the Lord would break those outside relationships and bring him back to you his covenant wife and to your newborn child and your firstborn daughter, that He would show him his responsibilities toward his wife and children, lead and guide and direct his steps, and protect your family marriage and home especially your newborn baby. We have prayed for you as well, for healing of your hurts, for supernatural strength, and for your home to be guarded against the attacks of the enemy, declaring that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper and believing that God is able to rebuild your relationship on the foundation of His truth, trust and unconditional love.
We take comfort in what is written in Hebrews 13:4 that marriage should be honored by all, and in Matthew 19:6 that what God has joined together let no one separate, and in Ephesians 5:25 that husbands are called to love their wives as Christ loved the church. We have prayed that God will give him strength to flee from sexual immorality as written in 1 Corinthians 6:18 and that He will provide a way out of temptation as promised in 1 Corinthians 10:13, surrounding him with godly influences and protecting his mind when he is weak.
Father we come before You together in Jesus name and ask You to intervene in this home. Sever every ungodly tie, bring deep conviction to hate sin, remove the desire for other women, and bring this marriage into alignment with Your word. Teach him to love his wife and to walk in faithfulness, to be a godly husband and a father who embraces his responsibilities, for with You all things are possible. Heal this wife's heart, guard this home, and restore what the enemy has tried to destroy.
