Could be Satan, could be the devils who do not want us all working for Jesus, or praying for the lost of our city or may Jesus want us our attention to His word. Whatever it is, just trust God's word, healing cometh from His hands. A loose tooth will not rest until it is pulled out. Some tooth needed to be pulled out because some of them will not let you sleep well at night. I think my toothache is due to infection, decay or injury. Maybe bacteria growing inside my mouth are contribution to gum disease and dental decay. I always brush my teeth, after meals and before going to bed. O Lord, heal me for my bones are troubled. Psalm 6:2 Jesus alone can take away our pain, our sorrow and whatever we have in our body. Fast and pray before...
Heh heh, I thought from time to time...because people think differently, there's always some, at least in this world, who don't see eye to eye and wind up disliking each other. We could give extreme examples, like the Israelis and the Palestinians, actually at war with each other....people with opposite political viewpoints {extremely different}, even people who are at odds with everything {### and ### fit into that, although we've "cooled it a little" in our middle age.} It could be a bunch of things, but in this world, there seems to be no shortage of people who develop hostility because they're complete opposites. Now then...say they both become saved, and they spot each other in Heaven...if their memory isn't completely wiped out...
That is what lots of people are questioning today. Scientists, sociologists, astronomers, and psychologists are worried about those horrible things we see around the world. Terrible hurricanes, floods, fires burning everywhere, and people's hearts are full of fear. There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilence in various places and fearful events and great signs from heaven. Luke 21:11 Whatever will happen to this planet, we should not fear anything, our home is not on earth; it is in heaven. Remember what Jesus said. Fear not, for I am with you always. But understand this. In the last days, terrible times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to parents...
Mark 4: 23-24 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. ALL PROPHECY Isaiah 48:1 Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of the LORD, and make mention of the God of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness. Though we seek not signs and wonders, God assures us of them in the last days. It is my discernment that GOD did not do all these things, using all whom were involved, in the midst of such a great cloud of witnesses, for only a few. But, perhaps, just maybe, the two-edged...
I've been noticing something I don't quite understand. It makes it look like God deals more {or less} harshly with some sinners than others, and I thought the Bible says He's no respecter of persons. Ok, it's hurricane season. I notice many islands got hit by strong ones over the last few seasons: Haiti, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas. Now I see Hurricane Humberto, a category 3, might hit Bermuda. Now Florida, along time ago, used to be a big "hurricane state." But every hurricane season lately, no matter how many of them form, or even if the weather people say there's no way it will miss Florida, it always seems to turn away, even the last one, Dorian, who they were hyping up would hit, then as the time neared, it went further and further...
That is a nice question. a. Be nice to everyone. b. Smile just as Jesus would. c. Have a welcome spirit of love, mercy, and care. d. Greeters are all talented, elegant, and charming. e. Have basic manners on how to treat others just as Jesus would. f. Saying hello to people is just a courtesy but saying, how are you... is to love and care for them. g. Greeters in the church are helpful, efficient, and receptive. Everyone of us wants to be recognized as faithful and true to God's word. I was so glad when they told me... Let us all go to the house of the Lord. When we arrive there, we want to hear, feel, and know that the holy presence of Jesus is right there, welcoming us, making us feel we are in holy ground where God is...
Everyone of us are strangers and sojourners on earth. We are just tenants where we live. It could be in a wonderful mansion, or a tent, or a tenth floor of a high rise. Wherever we live, we are just tenants and the Landlord is Jesus. He owns everything we have and He will take away from us when a heavenly call comes to our hearts. Precious in the sight of the Lord are the death of His saints.... Yes, we are traveling in this world. Our home is not here, it is in heaven above. 1. On earth, while we travel all around our neighborhood, be flexible, expect change, be ready for anything to come up. Jesus will try our faith. 2. Make a wish list of what you are going to do for Jesus in your day and whatever you do. 3. Watch your language...
Anthony Craig Lemon (My brother) Rev. Dr. ### ### (former Pastor) Rev. Dr. ###. ### (former Pastor) Rev. Dr. ###. ### (former Asst. Pastor) Honorable Mayor ###. ### (former Mayor) LORD, you know the common connection. Matthew 31:45 I would never have passed any one of you, in your hungry and homeless condition, and not at the very least, had offered of my world's goods, to help you; which is the very basic of Christian brotherly love. Will you claim ignorance when even the whole nation knew? 1 John 4:20 Whomever claims to love GOD, yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. First and foremost HEAVENLY FATHER I give glory and honor to Your name alone. Thank You for answering my last posted prayer through Psalm 37. Thank You...
Jesus continues calling everyone to come to Him and become wonderful servants of the living God. An eternal purpose fixed in our souls to see, to hear and to obey a heavenly call. The Lord is calling us to change the world with His word on life at a time and one small step at a time. Let us all begin today and continue on till Jesus call us home to heaven. My brother, my sister, my cousin and their family, our next door neighbors need the Lord. My coworker, my doctor and my dentist need God. I am ready to share the Lord with them. Our call to be missionaries is not a miraculous or supernatural action coming to us. Instead, it is an inner urge that comes from heaven. Jesus telling us. Follow Me all the way to heaven. Obey my voice and...
