John 7:2 Now the Iewes feast of Tabernacles was at hand. Leviticus 23:34 Speake vnto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seuenth moneth, shall be the feast of Tabernacles for seuen dayes vnto the Lord. It is a time each year where we are all commanded to keep the Feast, First we will look at the most relevant verses: Zechariah 14:18 And if the family of Egypt goe not vp, and come not, that haue no raine: there shall bee the plague wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not vp to keepe the feast of Tabernacles. Zechariah 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not vp to keepe the feast of Tabernacles. Zechariah 14:16 ¶ And it shall come to...
IN LOVING MEMORY
Happy Birthday to my belated beloved "husband," and earthly father of my children. In viewing this photograph, where I captured my late husband in prayer; I was reminded of its' journey. Among the things that my daughter was able to preserve, in the trunk of her car, during the valley of one of our darkest hours, unbeknownst even to her, was a box filled with photos and photo albums. I recalled the day she called me and told me how she had "dropped to the floor in tears" when she opened the box and discovered a lifetime full of family memories; that day, I cried like a baby too. Not just because the pictures had been saved, but more so because I knew what it meant to her to have them. I believe I've mentioned it before, my daughter...
Ok, spiritually the Fall of Man affected us all equally---lost fellowship with God, will go to Hell if not redeemed. We also lost immortality{in the physical body}{"Through one man death entered in'}{"As in Adam all die"}But after that, things AREN'T the same for all unsaved people living in the fallen world. Some experience the affects of the fall to a greater or lesser degree than others.Like, we see that some are born with a defect or sickness--the heart, or for that matter, some are born mentally challenged. But others are born just fine. There are some that get a health issue and die early, like 40 years old from an inherited condition like a heart attack or cancer. Another unsaved person is in their 90s,yet in exceptional condition for...
The devil has so misled, deceived, and distorted the Word of God, that even many Christians have subconsciously fallen prey to his devices. But, then again, has that not been his vindictive goal since he was cast out of heaven because of his jealous hearted betrayal of God? You see the devil sought to steal God's pulpit; BUT GOD, fully understanding the contagious nature of wickedness, chose not to subject the rest of Heaven's angels to the devil's plagues, and IMMEDIATELY, kicked that demon out of Heaven. And rightly so! For, as we can see, the devil (aka, the prince of darkness), whom man chose to rule the earth when he rejected Jesus, entices and contaminates many Christians, even God's elect in an effort to twist God's Word...
All glory, all praise and all honor be unto the Lord our God who brings to our hearts, true happiness, true joy and peace down deep in our souls. Let us all raise our voice to God for being so kind and good to all. My mother is free from pain after we have prayed for her. Praise the Lord. It is a hard work and perseverance in Gods holy presence. Blessings shall come to all of us when we call on Jesus and depend on Him to solve our problems. Learning, study and sacrifice to reach our goal. On earth we have nothing at all. Jesus has promised all of us a home in glory. Seek ye the things above, where God almighty lives. When you feel like quitting, lift up your eyes and see Jesus smiling at you. He wants you to continue...
We're supposed to "turn the other cheek."But, are there times when, for practical reasons,we are permitted to defend ourselves?Like, in order to help another?Lets say we're trained to overtake others{before we got saved], and a married Christian man comes home and sees someone raping his wife.Is he supposed to be "mellow"and say,"oh that's fine. Go ahead and rape her.',or is he allowed, under those circumstances,to defend her?If we have a 90 year old disabled mother, and someone is mugging her, should we defend her?Or a child molester doing something with our daughter? In other words, would defense be acceptable under those kind or circumstances?
It isnt easy to reach sinners the first day we meet. Some are rude, some reject the Lord, while others just ignore what you are saying. Do not give up. Keep pressing on. Jesus is waiting for us at the end of the road. Do not think the situation is not ideal to share the Lord. Wherever you are, Jesus want us all to be a light that shines in a dark world. Even when you think you are done all we can, we are wrong. There are still people coming to our church and need help, grace and mercy from the Lord. Pray for all of them you shared the Lord with. Never ever give up on them. Ask the Lord to save their souls. Jesus will hear from heaven and those you have been praying for, all of them are saved. Tears comes from the...
Civilians are being executed, Kurdish Politicians, Hospitals being bombed, ISIS Prisoners being freed — please take this request up a notch and ask your church prayer teams to pray for President Trump, the U.N., NATO and The Pentagon — Bind The Demon of Islam and loose angels into the area in Jesus’ Name — this is Trump’s worst decision in his otherwise healthy Term, IJN, Amen
