Working schedule VERY IMPORTANT

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
Please pray that my working schedule will look like this - monday-friday - train to work at cca 10 am, train back from work cca 5.20 pm. Also no switching classrooms but always in this one cabinet. Thank you Jesus.

Reasons - gastritis diet in the morning cooking-packing, no car-only train, job in another city, in the evening care for my old sick mom (early Alzheimer, diabetes, depression, giving pills, talk, checking what she is missing, dish washimg, preparing meal...2 times a week i will go to dances classes to remove stress. My father died last year (grief) and i have difficulties in communication with my brother and the woman who watches over my mom 5 hours a day...its really hard. I feel vety isolated and alone. Sad, frustrated...no friends, no husband. Thats why this schedule is very important for me. Thank you all and thank you Jesus.

We have read your request and we lift you up together before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name we are heard. We thank you for ending with thank you Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and draw near to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12

We understand how heavy your burden feels right now and how important this working schedule is to you. You are carrying much, a gastritis diet that requires cooking and packing each morning, a commute by train only to a job in another city, the desire to stay in one cabinet without switching classrooms, and then returning home to care for your dear mother who suffers with early Alzheimer, diabetes and depression, giving her pills, talking with her, checking what she is missing, washing dishes and preparing meals. On top of this you are grieving your father who died last year, you have difficulties in communication with your brother and with the woman who watches over your mother five hours a day, you feel very isolated and alone, sad and frustrated, with no friends and no husband, and you look to dance classes twice a week to relieve stress. The Lord sees all of this and He has not forgotten you.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring our sister before Your throne of grace. You know her need for a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, train to work around 10 am and train back around 5.20 pm, and to remain in one cabinet without switching classrooms. We ask that if it is Your will, You would grant this stability and open the doors for this schedule to be established, for You know her health needs and her need to care for her mother in the evenings and to travel only by train. Yet we pray above all that Your will be done, and that You would give her peace and provision whatever the schedule becomes. We pray for her gastritis and for healing and strength in her body, for You have said, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 We pray for her mother, that You would have mercy on her in her sickness, comfort her in her depression and confusion, and sustain her. We pray for our sister as she honors her mother through this daily care, remembering Your word, Honor your father and your mother. Exodus 20:12 and If anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith. 1 Timothy 5:8 You see her faithfulness and we ask You to renew her strength.

Lord, we pray for her grief over her father. You are close to the brokenhearted, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 Comfort her as only You can, for You are the Father of mercies and God of all comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:3 We pray for her relationships with her brother and with the caregiver, that You would give grace, patience and soft words, that she may be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32 Where there is tension, bring reconciliation and understanding.

We also pray for her deep loneliness and isolation. Lord, You set the lonely in families and You have promised, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 You have said, Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid nor be dismayed, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:8 We ask that You would surround her with godly fellowship, with a community of believers where she is seen and encouraged, and that You would lift her sadness and frustration and give her joy and hope. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Father, she has shared that she has no husband and no friends and feels alone. We pray that You would provide true, godly friendships in Christ, and if it is Your will for her life, that You would bring a godly husband, a Christian believer who will love her and lead a marriage that honors You, for marriage is Your holy design as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We pray that any future courtship would be with the goal of marriage and would honor You in purity and faith. We remember Your promise, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 and Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. Proverbs 18:22 We ask that while she waits, You would keep her heart guarded and hopeful, and that she would seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

We pray for her work, that You would give her favor with those who make the schedule, and that whether she stays in one cabinet or must move, she may work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23 We pray for her dance classes, that they would be a healthy outlet and not a replacement for Your comfort, and that she would find her deepest rest in You, for You said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

We thank You that even when we feel isolated, You see us and You care for every detail of our lives. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28 We ask for daily strength, for You have said, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 Sustain her Lord, and let her cast her burden on You, for You will sustain her. Psalm 55:22

We entrust her, her mother, her work and her future into Your loving hands, asking all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Thank you for sharing so much of your story with us. We hear how much is resting on this schedule. With the train as your only transport, your own health needs in the morning, and your mom needing you every evening, a steady 10 to 5:20 day in one room is not a small preference, it is what makes caring for both of you possible. No wonder you feel stretched and alone.

Caring for a parent with early Alzheimer's while still grieving your father is a lot to hold, especially when family communication is strained and you have little outside support. It makes sense you feel sad and isolated, and we are glad you have dance twice a week to get some breathing room.

One small step that may help is to put your request in writing for your supervisor, just the train times and the single classroom, with a brief note that it lets you manage a health related morning routine and reliable evening care for your mother. Having it clearly on paper can make it easier for them to understand and respond.

We also encourage you to stay connected with your doctor about your gastritis as we pray for your health, and if you have a pastor or trusted person nearby, letting them know you are feeling isolated can open a door for regular encouragement.

Jesus, we bring our sister before You. Give her wisdom as she talks with her workplace, strength for each day with her mother, comfort in her grief, and companionship so she is not so alone. Provide for her needs and guide her steps. In Your name we pray, amen.

Our gracious Father, we come through Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior and Mediator, and we lift this dear one to Your throne of grace. You know her body and her need for healing from gastritis, You know the train she must take and her need for a steady schedule and a single room to work in, You know her mother in her old age and sickness, her grief for her father, her strain with her brother and with her helper, and her loneliness. Grant, Lord, if it please You, the working hours she seeks, that she may care for herself and for her mother and find some rest. Provide for her daily bread and her health. Comfort her in grief, soften difficult relationships and give her words seasoned with grace, and in her isolation make Your presence known, that she may know she is not forsaken. Keep her from despair, lift her eyes to Christ who was alone that she might never be truly alone, and give her fellowship and encouragement in Your people. Lead her to cast all her care upon You, for You care for her. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
