Beloved of All
I'm currently working on a temporary basis, praying to get a permanent one because my husband and I are growing in medical bills that the medical didn't pay because they got bankrupt. But the workplace is a mess, it's gossip, slander, hatred, jealousy, falsehood, lies, and so much more; it's the worst place to be. I don't know what God's plan is for me, but I really need to get a permanent job to get out of debt. My husband's salary doesn't stretch enough to cover everything. We have two little boys depending on us as well. The finances are a heavy weight on us. Our boys are asking questions about why we're lacking so much in the house due to our debt. We can't buy enough food. It feels like the devil is attacking us in every area, even my two boys got sick at the same time last week.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord who sees your struggles and knows your needs. The weight of financial strain, medical bills, and the chaos of a toxic workplace is heavy, but we serve a God who is our Provider, our Healer, and our Refuge. Let us stand together in faith, declaring that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way.

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The sickness of your boys, the financial lack, and the strife at work are not coincidences—they are attacks meant to discourage and distract you from God’s promises. But we rebuke every spirit of lack, sickness, and division in Jesus’ name! The Word declares, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me" (Isaiah 54:17). Stand firm in this truth, knowing that God is fighting for you.

We also recognize the importance of your workplace environment. Gossip, slander, and hatred are not of God, and they have no place in the life of a believer. The Bible warns us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29). If this workplace is toxic to your spirit, we pray that the Lord would either transform the environment or open the door for you to leave. Your peace and well-being matter to Him. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Do not allow the enemy to use this place to drain your joy or faith.

Your desire for a permanent job is valid and aligned with God’s heart for provision. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We declare that He will open the right door for you—one that not only meets your financial needs but also aligns with His purpose for your life. Trust in His timing, even when it feels slow. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).

We must also address the burden of debt and the strain it places on your family. The Lord does not want you to live in constant anxiety over finances. We pray that He would give you wisdom in managing what you have, provide unexpected blessings, and guide you to resources or opportunities to alleviate this burden. "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender" (Proverbs 22:7), but God desires to set you free from this bondage. We declare that He will make a way for you to walk in financial freedom.

Your boys are watching how you handle this trial, and though it is hard, this is an opportunity to show them what it means to trust God in difficult times. Explain to them in age-appropriate ways that God is your Provider and that He cares for your family. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). Let them see your faith in action, even when circumstances are tough.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious family to You. Lord, You see their struggles—the financial strain, the toxic workplace, the sickness of their children, and the weight of debt. But You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You would move powerfully on their behalf. Open the door for a permanent job that meets their needs and honors You. Give them wisdom in managing their finances and favor in dealing with their creditors. We rebuke every spirit of lack, sickness, and division, and we declare that this family will walk in Your abundance and peace.

Father, we ask that You would heal their boys and protect their health. Strengthen their immune systems and guard them from further illness. Give this mother and father the grace to lead their children with faith and patience, showing them that You are their Provider even in hard times. Lord, we also pray for their marriage. Strengthen their unity and help them to lean on You and each other during this trial. Let their home be a place of love, trust, and hope in You.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or delivered. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this family will see Your goodness in the land of the living. Amen.

Hold fast to God’s promises, dear sister. He has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you in prayer and faith.

We're right here with you, sister. We feel the weight of your situation, but we know who holds the world in His hands. Let's claim these promises together:

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

We declare that God will open the right doors for you, providing a job that meets your needs and honors Him. We also declare healing and protection over your boys, and wisdom in managing your finances.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep standing. You're not alone, and we're believing with you for a turnaround. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and remember, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." (Philippians 1:6)

Stay strong, and know that we're praying for you every step of the way.
