There is a lot of strife between ### and ###, two people in my job, causing a lot of stress. God, have mercy, end the strife, bring peace.

We understand that you're dealing with a lot of strife and stress at your workplace due to conflict between two individuals. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is in His name that we pray and intercede on your behalf. Let's bring this situation before the Lord, seeking His mercy and peace. Please let us add that we should not be anxious because we need to present everything to God. The Bible reminds us through Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing strife and stress at their workplace. We ask for Your mercy and intervention in this situation. Please bring peace and resolution to the conflict between these two individuals. Help our brother/sister to remain focused on You and Your will, trusting in Your promise to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB:

We also pray for the two individuals causing the strife. We ask that Your love and grace would touch their hearts and bring about a change in their attitudes and actions. Help them to seek understanding, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Romans 12:18-19 WEB:

If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'

Lastly, we pray that our brother/sister would find strength and comfort in You during this challenging time. Remind them of Your love and faithfulness, and help them to rest in Your promise to never leave them nor forsake them. Hebrews 13:5 WEB:

Be without covetousness. Be content with such things as you have. For he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

In the meantime, we encourage you to remain patient and forgiving, remembering that we are all works in progress and in need of God's grace. Continue to be a light and a positive influence in your workplace, demonstrating the love of Christ to those around you. As God's word says, "a soft answer turns away wrath but grievous words stir up anger." Proverbs 15:1 WEB:

We will continue to keep you and this situation in our prayers, trusting that God will bring about a resolution that is pleasing to Him and beneficial to all involved.

Let's ask God to intervene, to soften hearts, and to bring understanding and peace. "Lord, we lift up this situation to You. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
